I do have to say. You gave great advice. for people who don't religiously go to the gym or already in a routine. Starting up and sticking to it is one of the hardest things to do. And also the point you made about changing one thing at a time is better then changing your hole life style in one go makes the best point

I’m very new to the program and so far I’m enjoying it. The workouts are much better than anything I’ve done on my own. Having a 3 month trial is great but I’m a bit concerned at the $10 a month cost. (Bundling isn’t worth it for the few Apple subscription I already have)

The orange one is from Amazon. The black one that appears later in the video is from Tonal.

The transition music is way too loud compared to your voice.

Agreed. It’s the first video I made and something that I subsequently corrected in future videos. Thanks for the feedback, though, I truly appreciate it! 🙏🏼

The rings make it impossible after a while to close the move ring. I had an 80 streak broken because my move goal adjusted itself up to 1800. The more you move and close them the more it adjusts.
@thatUtsavRatti2 жыл бұрын
It’s awesome that you got to 1800! I’ve never been consistent enough to cross the 1000 mark.

@@thatUtsavRatti the algorithm should change, it sets you up for failure
@thatUtsavRatti2 жыл бұрын
That’s one way of looking at it. I prefer to think that it helps you find a natural equilibrium. For what it’s worth, I always have my goal set so it’s just beyond reach - because that’s what works for me as a motivator. If I hit my target, it means my goal was too low. The beauty is that you’re not dependent on the algo - you can always adjust the target, and once a week the watch prompts me to do that anyway in case I forget.
