I also work full time and have my small business. I struggled to fit everything in for months then I said to myself I can spare 1hour a day to the business 4~5days a week. It has worked for me so far it’s amazing what you can get done in a set time frame. Don’t be hard on your self though we are only human. X

For sure! I definitely feel better and in more of a "schedule" now that I've had around a month to experience it. You as well! Please take care of yourself as I'm sure it is also stressful for you during those time crunches.
