Experienced divorce lawyer here (Pennsylvania and New Jersey). Marriage is an outdated technology. Most of my inner circle friends are professional, unmarried (divorced or never married) guys over 50 who date and travel with beautiful women but do not cohabitate. All of my male divorced friends and former divorce clients will never get remarried. Once you have tasted the freedom and bliss of joyfully dong the things you love, whenever you want, with whomever you want, there is no turning back. Great video!

Marriage is a technology? You are confused about one word of the other. How about marriage is an outdated institution. A lawyer, huh?
@muffs55mercury612 ай бұрын
Yes it's easy to see how outdated it really is with all the people getting divorces after 30+ years of being married. Women especially just don't love their spouses for life anymore or think there's something better out there (which usually there isn't!) By about age 32-33 I knew I wasn't the marrying kind. That was 34-35 years ago.

Really appreciate your opinion. The freedom is really what I appreciate also. I was in a relationship for 20 years with heroin. 2 years clean. I have dated many women even during that time. I am lucky to have no kids and actual really good health, healthy blood work no STDs. Got all my credit cards paid off own my car outright and am half owner (with an uncle who's 82 who's leaving me his half when he dies, and he has a trust already done)of a older house and huge garage on 3 acres 5 minutes away from Olympia Washington and 45 minutes away from Seattle. I only have to work 10 hours a week on average and can easily afford all my bills. Because I live around tons of rich people there's a great food bank in my town and I eat like a king. Tons of goat cheese wild caught salmon lamb fresh fruit and vegetables and a bunch of frozen fruit to make smoothies in the morning. I have time to work on my art, I breed different strains of plants grow my own medicines, have a huge garage I work on stuff inside and have a mini half pipe inside. I should probably get a full-time job again pretty soon but it just doesn't tempt me that much. I'm not trying to brag at all I'm just seriously seriously grateful and love my freedom. My future's so Bright I gotta Wear shades 😎. God bless all good men 🙏

It's to each their own. I have a beautiful, loving wife and a 2 year old son. We share financial, parental, household duties etc. Seeing my son running to me coming from work is the best feeling in the world.I still have time to play golf, go fishing and I encourage my wife to do the same with her hobbies. It's about compromise. Some people are married and sad, some are happy, the same with single people, some are happy and some not. Internal hapiness is inherent, hereditary, so it can't really be attributed to being single or not. Anyways, as long as any person is contributing to the world in a good way, I could care less if they're single or not.

I like being able to go where and when I want to. Be with who I want to or none at all and I just always prefer walking my own path over what society expects of me. Sixty six year old guy here. Married at twenty two to a nineteen year old woman. Lasted 8 years, and it was a very hard time in my life as I was kicked to the curb for someone better after a MOSTLY very happy six and a half years, or so I thought. I did the WORST thing I could have done after moving back in with my parents for six months before buying a duplex with my sister ..... I started dating again. I SHOULD have just taken a while off, even a year or two, but no, I jumped right back on the dating wagon. Long story, we got married a year and a half later and it was a nightmare - and it was two and a half years of sheer hell. MY fault, as two female, mutual friends at separate times approached me when we got engaged and told me "she's NOT the one". I can see now in hindsight they were trying to tell me what she was all about without putting it so plainly (she's a HO) and I was too stupid to put two and two together. So I want to make it clear that it was MY fault for being stupid enough to marry her as I did have warnings and frankly, some peeks at her insecurity and alarming anger issues, but I was such a coward I didn't back out. Anyhow, after the worst divorce one could imagine (with NO KIDS, by the way) I got screwed so badly it took me literally ten years to recover. I have been divorced for thirty two years and I never married again. I tell people all the time (guys) that UNLESS kids are involved, DO NOT get married, or at least that's my advice to them. I am sure there are people much better than me who can make it work, and maybe I'm just not that great of a man or I just am not good at being a husband, but I have been with my lady for 18 VERY happy years. She was married once for 24 years and has four adult kids. She has her money and I have mine, including nice retirement nest eggs (we are both retired). We live in her house and rent mine out to her son. Life is good. No need to marry to have a happy life, again, in my opinion but I can honestly say 90% of the stress in my life dissipated back in 1992 (other than the subsequent New York State family law financial burdens that two divorce attorneys were happy about had to be addressed in the afore mentioned ten years. LOL), and I'm not being factious at all.

I am a loner by nature and prefer solitude with the exception of having dogs. It is amazing how clearly you can think without interruptions and having to do things you don't want to do. I always get a kick out of talking to married guys when they ask why I'm not married. I always respond "Sure, it would be nice to have sex whenever you want it....." @@Black-Circle Maybe for some people, but not everyone. Besides, a bachelor can still get together with friends to go out to eat, catch a game, concert, etc. I, personally can go either way. I treasure my alone time.

You don’t really know the pros and cons because you’ve never been in a real relationship with kids. You are missing a lot, and I hope you don’t stay alone much older with no one to care about you or for you.

That you've had many girl friends along the way, that's good. Not having kids is good too. The freedom is precious, as you do what ever the hell you want without someone there to complain if they don't agree. Yeah, between girl friends are times when they are missed and could be useful.

Hey Tensionality EFex! Thank you for watching my videos. The bachelor life definitely gets lonely sometimes, but it definitely has its advantages. Lol. Thank you for your support.

Yeah, I hate when society pressures people to get married, have kids, etc. I think everyone should be so free to choose the life they want to live. I'm almost 50 and hearing people asking me if I'm not scared of growing old alone is driving me crazy. No I'm not scared , I'm wild and free I do what I want, when I want.
