Tim was out and about one morning enjoying what he loved most; cycling. Little did he know it was going to be his last for a long time. That was the morning Tim got involved in an accident that left him paralysis neck-down. Just like that, his life changed in an instance! Suddenly he found himself confined in a bed, not able to do the least for himself. For the last 11 months, Tim has been on his bed waiting for a day he'll wake up again and do the things he loves again. That day he believes is coming. Even in his bed, Tim remains a pillar of strength and a source of inspiration for many. Doctors in India have indicated that Tim stands a chance to walk again. Not all is lost. I still struggle with the rudimentary emergency services, if any, that can be life saving. I’ve been in accident while in a Matatu and had it not been go good samaritans, I likely would hand languished for lack of emergency services. Tim, continue to fight the good fight!
