interesting how the red player gave away labs to front, with his own bp on them, esentially letting them build anithing they want with the "shared fund"

yeah ! You can also give build turrets to allies to steal their ressources, but that's against the bro code

This kind of communal building and giving resource income to a single player is so powerful and game changing that newer players reaching this level of play will feel like they have to start over with learning the game. It also segments the player base even more. BAR has so much potential and verity but too few playere are capable enough to keep up with it or have the required time to spend on it. It really makes me worry about the game's future

I think it'll likely settle out into a blend of Sc2 and LOL, where these sort of full-team macro plays are much more common at high level and then trickle down toward lower ranks. It'll be neat to see where the line between meta and flaming for 'creative' position playing settles out with the various build orders.

He was talking about the guy on the other side of the front who went MIA after the Tsar got his com and the blast caught all his units at 16:35 and T3 showed up right after, it looks like he put most of his effort into getting to T2 until he got run over by Shivas at 21:45 ...he was apparently mad the guy went up to T2 instead of making more T1 units, like that would have helped somehow at that point against Shivas

I was playing around with just some simple AI on skirmish. Just testing some build orders and trying to learn a little more about different types of units But I figured out you actually nuke the little land bridge and taraform it so you can take ships from one side to another… You should play around with that during one of your big games and see how it plays out

Is chevron total playtime,as in being on the game,or only in pvp(like would spectating a match count the same as playing one)

I don't know about spectating, but playing vs bots counts. I got my first chevron playing with friends against the Scavenger bot.

I forget the specifics but basically the playtime "points" is different depending on what you are doing. PvP is 1:1 playtime points, while PvE awards you a fraction for the same time and spectating does give time but it's even more reduced. So PvP will get you chevrons the quickest and technically you can get chevrons through just spectating but it would take waaaayyy longer.

There are times that nothing plays. You can always tweak it in the settings as well, but I personally find that the music is a nice addition while playing.
