After IVF and the miscarriages I had an immune therapy that helped me to not feel tired and to do exercise again. Finally I lost 9 kilos in three months, 5 of them the first 3 weeks, and it felt much much better for trying IVF again. I made 7 embryos after that I had lost all my previous others with 5 miscarriages, and I am getting ready for embryo transfer now in the next days. I totally understand your path. Have a very good time enjoying yourself back home! All the love

What is this immune therapy? I feel like I need it too as I’ve been through four failed IVF retrievals. 😢
@hellynn_j7 ай бұрын
Just a quick search: Immunotherapy can be used in in vitro fertilization (IVF) to improve outcomes for patients with recurrent implantation failure or pregnancy loss. The idea is that immunotherapy can correct an immunological imbalance that may prevent the embryo from implanting and lead to a better live birth outcome.

In the last two years, I went through the 3rd cycle of ivf (icsi), 7 failed transfers, only one, 6. was a successful implantation that ended in a very early loss. In this cyclical process, I gained 12 extra kg, I feel broken emotionally, physically dissatisfied. I will also take a break through the summer, and try again in the fall. I'm trying to lose weight, I'm eating healthy, that's basically how I've been eating all the time, but I feel like the pounds have literally stuck on. Besides being sad about the seven losses, I still have to fight with the pounds that don't want to move down. I wish us both luck in the fall ❤️

Hi dear Hellen, Firstly, thank you so much for creating this channel and shaing your incredible journey with other couples struggling with fertility. I strongly believe, by self experience, that you have taken the best decision by giving yourself time to rest and heal away from all baby making relating subject. I also had a rough year of IUI and IVF rounds, resulting in a pregnancy of our last embryo, which unfortunately I lost at almost 8 weeks but didn't know until my 11 weeks at the doctor's appointment. After that horrible episode in my life, I was given the amazing opportunity of housesitting and dogsitting in Florida for almost a month. I live in Montreal, Canada. I just came back, and let me tell you I am a different person now. I committed myself to just enjoy, relax, and detox. The company of the dog helped enormously. I realized I needed to be loved and I gave her so much love in return. It was a healing process that hasn't finished but it all started when I decided to take sometime for myself. I believe this time away with your husband and at home will make you wonders. I wish all the best to you. Take care dear.❤

My AMH was .2 (I'm 31) and I only got 3 eggs. Then, i was fired, but it was the best that could happen cuz I could get my life back into balance. Those 1-2 months months I took a break, I filled myself with family. I started not to worry about IVF and beginning to accept that if we won’t have a child with my own egg, it would be okay as well. We can consider donor’s eggs or even adopt. I did my 5th treatment (4th IVF) I was positive and wasn’t over worrying, I became pregnant. I found out last week. Now it’s a different kind of worry. Worry if she will grow and if I will end up with the 25% of the women who were pregnant and have miscarriages in the first trimester. It has been very hard, but I’m hopeful she will grow into a good human. I wish the best of luck to you.

I’m finally getting a chance to watch this video. First I had to lose a LOT of weight to even be eligible for IVF since my BMI was so high to start. Then after two-years of busting my butt and 100’s of pounds gone, I finally start IVF back in January and I’ve gained 30lbs so far, it’s crazy!!! When you fight so hard to lose the weight, gaining so much back from the meds, bloat, stress eating, change in exercise routines, and back to back DuoStim cycles has really messed with my mind. I keep reminding myself that my body is not really mine right now, it’s just a cog in this IVF machine right now, and unfortunately I’ve had to make some sacrifices. I am very grateful for my body though and what we’ve achieved by the grace of God so far 🙌🏻🙏🏻 - I will honor my body by doing what I can when I can right now and getting back on track as soon as I’m able. I’m so happy to hear you are also honoring what your body needs right now too Hellynn and I hope you get more rejuvination and healing than you ever expected in your wildest dreams. Each day you spend putting your best foot forward brings you one more step closer to your goal and that’s all that matters right now. I exercised throughout whenever possible but my appetite was sooo high and bloating unreal through the egg retrievals & medications. Beyond an arduous process. Idk if my body will ever go back to the cute petite figure I had but that’s just not priority right now, healthy babies are. Btw, you are sooo lucky to be able to do IVF in Korea. Hi, I just stumbled across your channel. Yes definitely take time to enjoy life, be easy on yourself. I know too well about infertility as I went through it for 7 years and finally had a baby at 38 with the help of IVF. I didn't want to go through ivf but I was struggling naturally. It only took 1 go, as I prayed. I know the desperation to want that baby in your arms. Unfortunately I learnt the hard way about Fertilty it's not so good for everyone over 30 years and especially over 35. But theres hope for people 35 and over. I think taking ubiquinol daily, organic chicken broth and drinking lots of water helped my egg Quality. Enjoy the summer break ❤

Everyone knows you need to let go to make it happen, but how hard is it for us to define how?! And btw, I started with an BMI of almost 18 and I don’t know anymore how much it is after 3 cycles, it’s maybe just 4 kg because I’ve been eating super healthy and I lost some of the weight in between cycles, but today (I just tested negative after the 2weeks wait) I feel just so round and in need for a refreshed horizon… thanks for your videos, please try to relax, and enjoy life. I'm in the middle of the video but felt compelled to share. I have a BMI of 41 and I am currently 41 with a starting AMH of 0.13. After 5 rounds of stem meds, and four egg retrieval, we got three viable embryos and I'm currently 9 weeks pregnant after a successful FET. It wasn't easy. I gained a total of 20 pounds throughout the year between starting IVF and transfer. I started at RMA and finished my journey with Generation Next Fertility both in NY. I never had a clinic turn me away for being overweight but I believe others when they say it has happened to them. My advice would be to those who have the opportunity to look into different clinics and keep looking for one that doesn't discriminate. I am positive you can find a clinic that will work with you. ❤❤

I have BMI 30 (average in US nowdays), height 170 and my waist is 78 cm, so I'm not super model, but it's quite far from severe obesity as well. @@Mj-fm6kj hormones definitely make you gain so much weight no matter how little you eat.. and its stubborn fat too. Doesn't come off easily!! You got this though ~ I've been brisk walking an hour a day and it has been helping too!

@@hellynn_j for sure! I"ve just started getting back into walking --and hoping I can at least do a leisurely one during stims--I know I cant go too hard once my ovaries get bigger. I also am adding little 2 lb ankle weights to help burn more calories. I just hope someday it will all be worth. IF I can make it to a live birth i wont care about all this but currently I feel like I'm just destroying my body with nothing to show for it.

@@Koms2765 I remember congratulating you before! Hope your pregnancy is blissful. I will check out satvik movement. What was the diet, in a gist? Curious if it would benefit women in their 40s.
