Definitely finish Jabba. Smugglers Run II is one of the best events out there. Materials to take 2 mods from 5A to 6D plus 60 of the mod reroll lipstick tubes, not to mention more mods are a definite bonus.

You did not need range and moff at relics for the AB’s, i 3 starred them with gear 12 range and stark at R3

you get him from proving grounds, it unlocks at 4mil gp, it takes around a 14 months to get him to 7 stars if you are a not refreshing
