When you’re out shopping and tempted, have a flick through and remind yourself of what you have 🤣 you may realise you have something similar/ too many - sometimes it works.. sometimes it doesn’t 🤣

I did a pinterest board of my handbags... and it's helped a lot. Everytime i feel like something might interest me i check and compare in my catalogue what I've got and whether i think could be a duplicate or it's actually a good addition. Also did the same with my "gaps" in my wardrobe still trying to find the perfect coat... everytime i see something similar i check my pinterest board and review if it matches the exact vibe i want.

Cassie, in the same theme, you should explore in your videos the concept of “slow fashion” (okay, maybe not that slow!) but as others have said, vintage shopping, rewearing and restyling pieces you already have in your wardrobe, mending/re tailoring pieces etc I love designer clothes videos but really have taken an interest in this concept recently.

Steering-wheeled them to the store for minor repairs a few times & recently got a “detailing” (airline stickers from Hades). I can never have enough handbags/totes/wallets… but Rimowa really is that good! MCM weekender, yes please. My 2023 goal is to stop buying designer sneakers. Um, really shoes in general, but the sneaks snuck up on me. Need to wear-out a pair first! Or just wear some of them for the first time. 🤦‍♀️ (It’s a fashion category I used to laugh off… WHY would anyone spend $$$$$ for fancy lifestyle trainers?! I too have a few Balenciaga items and I will not be buying from the brand anytime in the future. I agree they need to "clean their house" first before I will look at the brand again. However, I was in a Nordstrom recently and asked a sales associate if their sales of Balenciaga dropped off. She said only a small amount and people are still buying fashion from the brand. I told her I was too embarrassed to wear my small collection. She said "why?" Then she went on to say something that really made me think. She said many of the people who are vocal about how horrible Balenciaga is, are ok with wearing clothing made by children. She was referring to the fast fashion crisis. She was in no way defending what Balenciaga did but she had a valid point. What is worse in the situation? The fast fashion crisis or the Balenciaga photoshoot? At this point, I will not be wearing my Balenciaga stuff. I'm not sure if or when I'll wear it in the future or if I will attempt to sell. But all of this did make me wonder about the fashion industry as a whole. We are only 1 tweet, 1 IG photo, or 1 TikTok away from another brand being canceled. I can't afford to keep buying stuff only to have something like this happen again with another brand. I've decided to cut way back on Fashion purchases in 2023, and I def want to avoid a lot of logos as well due to the fact it makes the brand recognizable. If someone else does something stupid I don't want anyone to know I have that brand.

I had been toying with the idea of getting the LV keepall in monogram canvas and black leather, but for some reason I never buy the bullet so to speak. I have just looked at those sunglasses the way my husband looks at my handbags. They all look the same to me... lol. Very similar siluette and funcionality. I recognize they have different vibes but they do seem quite quite the same... at least for me enough not to buy as many and consider them multiples. Id have maybe 3. The beach ones the understated ones and a statement one. That's it.

I'm not getting any more bags, probably. I have every color and shape that i need. Except for a lilac one... and I'm not too sure I will buy a bag in that color. I saw a peekaboo in a pretty good lilac-pinkish color and i have too many top handles as it is my favorite style so... i haven't bought it nor think i will.
