Great vids as always, we love Bang Saray, many happy times visiting the area of late, if you haven’t been , it’s certainly worthwhile a visit! In time it will grow exponentially. We recommend Baan Tah on the sea ( high tide) restaurants, food & locals all very accomodating :)

I liked the 2nd house, the little one. very neat. But I also loved the Sea Saran units too. I liked that the dining table area is not so cramped as the other smaller units. I am a board game guy and it would be neat to have space to play a game, assuming I made friends there lol. That's hard enough to do here, as a shy person/wallflower lol. Thanks for showing them!

Hi Jason, great showcase mate. Bang Saray better not get over developed before I come back! joking haha, I hope Bang Saray thrives in a good way. The bigger properties and planned properties are so nice. I would love to have the luxury of living in one but as I always say, I am a one man band. I am happy with this freestyle living with no baggage or anything tying me down. Happy to hear about the drone, that will add a little visual flair to your videos. Sea Saran south facing is really nice, I liked the view and the set up of that one bedder. That roof pool is really not too bad at all, and it has a nice view. Does Sea Saran have an elevator that takes you up to the pool or is it only stair access? That's a great giveaway mate, someone will have a nice stay in a great area thanks to you and your channel. Thank you for all your time and effort to bring us great content. You are almost at the 1 year mark and congrats to you, you deserve it, you've worked hard for it and thank you for taking us on all these condo adventures.

The first build is very well priced, I'd be interested in something like that if my house ever sells in the uk .I think you could of made 3 vlogs of of this one mate ,very informative as usual. Quite a niche you have with your reviews of property area-wise..............snappy presenting style as usual with enough info and footage, an absolute 'go to source' for serious buyers and renters...........................2nd property for 1.85 Million............well if, as a foreigner you wanna buy a cheap pied a terre to call home and perhaps gift/put the deeds in a partner's name with a usufruct for peace of mind, you really can't go far wrong if you prefer a house as opposed to a high rise lifestyle..............................
