Never ceases to amaze me what you can get for so cheap. Here in California that $215 studio would easily go for $2,150. I really am leaning towards Thailand over the Philippines, I just wish the visa situation was easier.

I have the same issue, I’m currently in the Philippines but don’t see the value for money here to be honest. Thailand seems to have far better bang for you buck. The accomodation here is subpar at best unless you drop big dollars, and ever then it’s pretty average. Thailand looks great, but the visa puts me off. Maybe in 4 years.

Just subscribed after your channel was in my recommended list. I spent 7 years in Cebu Philippines and I am done going there. I'm going back to my love that is Thailand. 2024 is my long awaited return to the land of smiles. I love these condo tour style videos and after watching a few of your videos I enjoy your style. Thailand's infrastructure is far superior and do I even have to mention the food? Brownouts, horrible unhealthy foods and horrible culture drove me back home. As usual great production & show around Jason . Not necessarily related to these prices but I can't forever bite my tongue . As an investor/realtor/agent your hoping for that " fresh of the boat " client . Those thinkers who constantly say " That would cost you xyz in CAN,AUS, US, UK " etc . Perfect clients . What you don't want is buyers/renters who only have appreciation & calculation in baht . That takes a bit of time as normally only when shifting money from overseas . I know you say everything is negotiable but my time is far to valuable when we are not on the same page . Ofc any investor is hoping for someone green with stars in their eyes

As a super light sleeper, I'm always concerned about sound and with the doors closed on the 2b (beautiful apartment), I could easily hear that saw outside and banging....yes, I know that would end before nightfall but it still shows lack of insulation. The 1b had no view and also concerned about barking dogs and roosters from those couple of homes below. I reluctantly would say no to both but they're both super nice apartments. I need a room with super dense walls and double panel glass... I friggin hate being such a light sleeper.

Hey Jason!!! I love your video's and watch you everyday. I was just watching this other great youtuber, Randy. ( Retired Globak Life) and he had a great episode where he showed hotel's that had cheap monthly memberships. That allowed you access to gyms, pools and other facilities. nice places sir the one bedroom and the studio were nice value places. the value there is amazing i am in a two bedroom house and pay 800 a month and it is not upgraded or have a pool. i will be there full time in 7 years and hopefully i can find a good value place like that then great video sir

i loved that little studio! It would be neat to have a jet ski/sea doo. Even better if they can launch it for you and you wouldn't need a pickup truck. I'd just want a small, inexpensive car to take on trips. I guess you'd never be able to easily take your sea doo out of town with you unless you had a truck, but i dunno how much i would do that anyway? Anyway, thanks for all you do!

Thanks mate, costs very little to store and have them launch & retrieve skis/boats plus they can flush the engine & wash and yeah if you wanted to go anywhere else, need a car to tow it 👍👍👍

Disappointed with pool in the first building ( the one in your building is 100% better ) That third one for sale at 56 thousand is a bargain, I guess someone will buy that straight away at that price . Sea Zen looks a wonderful building and pool etc. It wasn't until you said there's nobody here you'd have the pool to yourself I realised I hadn't seen anyone 😊😊. Great vid 👍
