I've had it, with these lima beans! FAIL! 2024

I did Pole beans for the first time this year. They took forever to start producing. The Bush beans I planted at the same time produced 2 batches and died before I got my first batch of beans from the pole beans. But once they started they produced nonstop for over a month and got a lot of beans. Maybe they just take a while to get started?

@@Diabeticgardener well these did start but most of them shriveled up on me so not sure what’s going on with these per say 😆 I’ve done well with Limas but another company seed, first time with these seeds 2nd planting did the same thing 🤷‍♂️ will try again in spring but with different seed company same variety we will see!

I do ok growing beans, but my problem is I never pick them and eat them. So, I’m going to give them one more try come spring and if I don’t do better, then beans are going to stop appearing in my garden.

@@OSKG2023 well best part about growing shelling beans is that you can leave them to dry on plant to store away so you don’t have to pick as often if they make.
