I usually sell 10 larges and 16 smalls. My freezers can't store any more than that! I do have a lot of repeat customers. I actually emailed my previous customers to remind them I was making these because my posts don't always reach everyone.

Just a grandma trying to up my game LOL.Since the doctored box recipe yields approx 36 cupcakes, will the doctored box recipe yield 1 1/2 bundt cake pans ( the Nordic pans you order from amazon)? So, if I make two doctored box recipes , will that yield 3 bundt cakes, or 2 bundt's and one regular double layer round 8 inches? Also, how full do we fill the bundt pans ( as on amazon) so they are full like yours? Do we bake at 350 for how long? Thanks in advance!!!😊

I've actually never made my doctored mix recipes in a bundt pan, only my pound cakes. And one recipe of that batter goes into a 10" (12 cup) Bundt pan. So I would only make 1 doctored cake mix recipe to go in the Bundt pan. When baking in bundt pans, I reduce the oven temp to 335 and turn on the convection fan. (You don't need the convection fan, so if your oven doesn't have it, it's not a big deal.) When baking bundt cakes, I bake for 35 minutes, then rotate 180 degrees, then bake another 20-25 minutes. Baking times will vary depending on the temp of your oven!

Hi! Shipping is an additional charge. I also add a small handling fee on top of the shipping, because boxing / packaging it up and driving it to ship takes extra time. People who pick it up don't incur the shipping fee. 😊
