I've Never Done This Before

The first time standing on a big festival stage twice on the same day has been something to never ever forget. 20 Years earlier I stood on the same festival, Pinkpop, with After Forever - Topic and now both as myself and together with ‪@nightwish‬! Having my family present, but also for the world to stream the shows live was just I can't describe. Thank you all and I hope you like this short video on what the day was like for me!

The only Queen is the Queen of Heaven Our Blessed Mother, not this mockery of a blasphemy who plays the Devil's music. One of the videos showed a fan with the Devil's horns while Floor was singing Stabat Mater. I would rather listen to Simon Preston's version who is an English conductor of sacred music who did the song justice. I have a little problem also with Tarja and Simone singing sacred music while also playing the devil's music at the same time. All three need to stop playing hypocrite and stop playing this metal or pop demonic garbage and repent like Mary Magdalene did and play only classical or sacred music.

If forced to describe Sitra Ahra in one word, that word would be bombastic. If granted another word, it would be pretentious. If given but three more, they would be over-the-top. How pretentious and over-the-top is Sitra Ahra you ask? So pretentious that it makes Nightwish and Epica sound like AC/DC. So over-the-top. Midtempo chugs with the same chord changes again and again with successively less cohesive soloists and successively more kitchen sink orchestration to make up for everything

I am a 54 year old Dutchguy and I discovered Floor with Beste Zangers in 2019. This was the first time I saw Floor and Nightwish live and enjoyed every second of it. Now waiting for the Nightwish concert in November in Amsterdam and Floor solo in April in Het Paard in The Hague and till that time there's no day without listening their music

We were there, some distance from the stage enjoying your show. Then, a few metres in front of us, we saw the cutest thing. Usually don't draw the zombiephone to film performances, but this was such a lovely scene. You sang "Let it Go" btw. There was a little girl, Pinkpop cap over pink headphones, standing on a "walker" I believe is the term in English (we Dutchies call it "rollator"). Next to her was an elderly lady attending to the little one. Filmed a few secs because to us it represented what we thought was so great about the festival: home to all ages. Having watched your behind the scenes footage several times now, I'm quite positive that the cutest duo ever to grace the Pinkpop meadow, must have been your daughter Freja and (lucky guess here..) one of her grandmothers who also featured in this video. Just too good not to share here. Cheers from Amsterdam! 🤘🌷

Nightwish are probably the most important band in my life. And after years of listening I found you. (For which I`m so thankful!!!) And before 13 days you literaly saved my life. I saw you on Hellfest (online unfortunately) and then I was saved. I was going through a really dark moment of my life and that time I wanted to end my life. I wanted to be somewhere else. And I was ready to do this. But then I listened to the hole concert and something happend. You changed my mind. And I didn`t go away. And this is because of you.
