RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
Boil 2 liters of water.
2 cauliflowers
Cut into medium-sized flowers.
Wash well.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt to boiling water.
Salt to taste. I don't add too much salt!
Bring the cauliflower to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
Set the cauliflower aside.
8-10 cloves of garlic.
Cut the garlic into small pieces.
