I think your videos are the only ones I've ever watched where the explanation of weight transfer is so easily understood. Most golf pros seem to make out there's something mystical about the golf swing so you have to keep coming back for more lessons.

Steve is clearly used to achieving great things. The fact he just gained about 25/30 yard carry distance with a mid iron hasn't phased him one bit!! What a champ. Great transformation, Marcus - another player enjoying their golf again!

I been watching your videos for a while now. At first i found it hard to comprehend and implement the instructions but i stuck with it and then it just clicked one day on the range and its transformed my game and im getting better with each round, now my playing partners are now noticing the difference. Thanks for these uploads as im enjoying golf again

Thanks for another awesome vid, at the start of his lesson you could see how Steve's swing lacked dynamic energy but as the lesson progressed you could see and hear how he was utilising his forces to gain more momentum in his movements. Very impressive, well done! Though I'm a little surprised that he didn't seem more animated at his progress, but I suppose that we are all different 👍

Your videos have helped so much with the pivot. How do you encourage faster transport into the wrists to the club?
@GRFGolf3 жыл бұрын
Let the wrists hinge freely but under firm grip tension that promotes a free hinge. Gripping soft can have the opposite effect.

Hey Marcus, I have a lesson booked with you on 1st February, but with the new lockdown rules, I imagine that won't be happening now? I don't know if you've had time to consider what happens with people that had bookings, but do you know how they would be rearranged? Just hoping I won't have to wait too long as you were booked up months in advance when I originally booked last year.

Question...at 13:00 you talked about ball position...were you saying that when you turn right to hit a draw, you have to also move the ball back in your stance?
@GRFGolf3 жыл бұрын
Yes but easier to mkve around the ball. See my tutorial on set up 👍
@whenmullet26743 жыл бұрын
Start again at 12:00, when you move your stance to the right, the middle of your stance also moves right (as compared to a straight stance). The ball stays in the middle of your stance, it only appears to move back as compared to a straight stance, right? Same thing for hitting a fade and moving right, the ball appears to go forward, but only as compared to the straight stance.

He seems to keep his hands high when going to the top. Do the different swing space red, blue green affect the height of you hands which would create a bigger arch.

Noticed your rocking board is being copied by other coaches.....a compliment I suppose.
@GRFGolf3 жыл бұрын
Yes I've noticed that. Especially the way I use it in particularly. Saw a video this week using a unique drill I created with the footboard and it's only ever been used on my channel so that says everything to me. A few coaches are changing their language, philosophy and approach using very, very similar stuff to me. It's taken me 20 years of study in biomechanics to get to this point and I have university research continually underway.
