Here in belgium, we're blessed with live transmission of the races with what probably is to be considered the best commentary duo in the world, Michel Wuyts and José de Cauwer (+ Christophe Vandegoor and Karl Berteele on the motor), yet in terms of summary post-race, you're doing a hell of a fine job! One off the old cycling laws goes (and i have to parafrase in English): 'You always eat someone else's dinnerplate first'. hahaha something Louis van Gaal say probably. I think yesterdays race race matched what Paris-Roubaix is all about: a race originating from an ancient time, when people, society and life were rough. This race is about suffering, overcoming obstacles and giving just everything you have and maybe even more. Nowadays life and society are all about careful planing, maintaining control and minimizing risks. Days and events like this are the complete opposite and are among the last outstanding, nuts and adventures things we can witness.
