After coming across a bunch of your overwhelming positive gym vibe video's for the past month, whenever i see someone lift some crazy weight or just push themselves to the limit, i've took it upon myself to walk up to them and just have a little chat, respect the hell out of them. My gym is very unsocial and everyone is just in their own worlds with headphones on. I know some people just wanna dial in and focus on their workout but so far i've gotten only positive reactions. Just wanted to let you know your attitude isn't just affecting your own gym athmosphere! Here all the way in the Netherlands it's making a change too, thank you!

He's been lifting for 23 years straight mainly benching. He went into that on his older videos. He said he started at 14. He's 37 now. I have been working out consistently since a teenager also so your body gets used to the weight. When he mentioned that I said that's makes sense. I have a friend from school 160 whose max bench was 405 also. All natural and 5'8. It's just proper dieting, no stress, good rest and staying consistent for years. A lot of people will work out and not work out for months or years and start back on and off.

You have a pretty incredible bench press. I competed in powerlifting a long time ago. I was drug free, but I was big and tall -- about 235 at just under 6'2". And I had 18 inch arms. Not really, there’s guys bench pressing much more in powerlifting, yes he’s at an elite level, but in competition standards, if you check the powerlifting rankings, there are 60 guys that out bench him at a the 148lbs and under weight class. And that’s only the ones who compete, I’m sure there’s guys out there that don’t compete that bench these weights at such a low bodyweight. And if your talking about pound for pound that includes all the weight classes, there are probably hundreds if not thousands of lifters that are pound for pound stronger on bench.
@alexenache69423 жыл бұрын
@@vitaliyvorobets2738 Are we talking about natural lifters or ones on steroids cause like that a lot people can have some great numbers but when we talk about being fully natural is a whole different game and yes it's a whole different game even at 135 pounds bw as well not just 150 or 170, as soon as you put that shit in your veins it tends to give you superpowers. And I think the best bench presser pound for pound in the world is Andrey Saphozynchov but everyone knows that Russian athletes have some of the best genetic and also juice in the powerlifting world.
