I think when he said he didnt wanna be a fanboy, he didnt mean it in a bad way. He just meant like he didnt want to seem like he was a super obsessive fan interacting with you/approaching you if that makes sense?? All good vibes though! Glad youre back!!👍

Glad to see that you’re back! I left a comment months ago that I was going for my first 200lb bench press at about 155lb bodyweight. I’ve been training bench with your program but modified it for two days instead of three. Regardless, I’m happy to report that I have now successfully joined the 225lb bench club! My current bodyweight is roughly 167lb. Thanks for continuing to upload despite many setbacks, the motivation is always great!

@user-dj7kc2li4c2 жыл бұрын
@@byan1201 If ur max bench press is 100kgs then u do 33kgs 10 reps 56kgs 10 reps 79kgs 5 reps etc. The percentage is of ur one rep max so just test your max bench press that u can possibly get and count the percentages from there. Mine is 100kgs so in a calculator the first set is 0.33 times 100 which is 33kgs. So I do 33kgs for 10 reps. Edit: Have to add that the program is Monday Wednesday Friday not everyday.

Yeah definitely the “fanboy” guy meant if he did act like a fanboy, he would’ve talked to you for like an hour or whatever, but didn’t want to invade your space and let you be… something along those lines like that. That’s what he meant about the fanboy comment.

@uliwehner2 жыл бұрын
you will find out that an old lifter after decades is still better than a younger guy who never lifted. we still know how to work out, we still know proper form, and we have the will power it takes to be a lifter in the first place. I stopped lifting for over 20 years, went back at 47 or so. benching close to twice my weight again. then covid hit, been going back for a few weeks now, and 315 is almost there again. not bad for almost 60 :)

So I just went to the gym for the first time the other day after 2 weeks off due to having COVID. Anyone else feel like post-COVID effects? Like shortness of breath? And for those who loss their smell, did you have that particular smell every time you inhaled that you’d describe as rotten?
@aaluminumandrescreening11082 жыл бұрын
Sorry to hear you're dealing with that. I've had COVID twice....first time, i had lingering shortness of breath for a good month after it....the second time, i had no side effects and was over COVID in 3 days (was running 5 miles on day 4 with relative ease) The smell thing varies with a lot of people....but i have heard people experiencing the same thing as you. Anyways, hope you feel better soon and have a fast/FULL recovery. Drink LOTS AND LOTS of water.....
