This video was created in order to showcase aimlab tasks that might work way better to ones used in DEMON1's routine. Tasks presented in this video will be very similar to one used in the original routine but more challenging forcing more precision that we actually need inside of VALORANT.

the biggest takeaway from this is that if you're a normal player like me or yourself, this is the most EFFICIENT way to learn how train your aim, unlike demon1 who's been doing this for a decade

Im using this aim routine since last 25-30days. Also im adding some random sensitivity increases (not every time but sometimes) Definitely my aim get better , one thing to mention which is very important while doing this is dont shot slow for high accuracy and slow dont shot to fast . Best way is to flick fast like u do in game then micro adjust . This thing is key for getting better overtime and fast in game . Btw i was D1 at the start of it and im currently A2 55RR which is my peek rank . I hope its helpful for some ppl.

To people who didnt see or understand demon1’s video, he said most of the aimlab shit was to train his muscle memory and did it for 2 months, then stopped since he didnt need to do it any more. (He also said that anything below the first two were just for fun)His warm up right now is the one in range and tdm. Just saying

Many fps players, and even pro players don't full understand how to aim train properly using 3rd party software, like Aim lab and Kovaaks, which is why I am glad people like you and the Voltaic community exists. I hope fps players can one day opt in for more optimal aim training like this, instead of spamming Gridshot and wondering why they don't see improvements. Keep up the good work Minigod

@@srysorry its not his routine that got him where he is, the routine is really questionable in terms of improving aim. The valorant routine he does is fine, but the aimlabs one definitely didn't help him as the scenarios just don't translate to valorant at all, i mean you literally just watched the video (or maybe not but commented like an idiot for no reason) from one of the best aim training people in the world and you still argue lmfao

The precise and smaller target task is the main focus on aimlab for us to train. right? Gridshot is more like just to see how much we actually improve and the result after the training. like end of the month exam after a precise task full month training

@remnants_s9275 8 ай бұрын
Gridshot is purely for memes, it does not show how good you are at aiming effectively. If you want something more precise at gauging your skill, try the voltaic, rA, or aimlab benchmarks.

Hey! Since you are new to aim training, first make sure to actually customize the routine to your own needs and skill level. Some of the tasks that I've showcased are really hard to do, which might make you feel way too frustrated, and this usually turns out to be not as helpful. It's important to play challenging tasks, but if something is way too challenging to the point of frustration, you won't be able to focus enough, which leads to very little to no improvement. You can look up easier versions of described tasks by adding the "easy" or "novice" term to the name of the scenarios present in my video. If you want to make it into a training program, spending 3-4 minutes per task would be enough. (20-30mins in total)

Hello, I have two questions: how much time do you recommend dedicating to the routine? And is it better to do it before or after playing?
@mattdoespushups2350
@mattdoespushups2350 4 ай бұрын
Not more than 20 minutes pre game . The focus should be on calm , precise shots and not the score for first 7 days. Just don't even see the scoreboard. After a week . For 2 weeks do one session before the games and one session after the gaming session. If you are intermediate aimer . That's about all you need for your muscle memory to be atleast 90% correct. Even if you leave this procedure . But keeping it in practice might help in long term fine adjustment scenarios. Hope you gained some insight. Donot strain your arm too much while warming as it could hinder your actual ingame aim beacuse your forearm might feel tired if you exert too much .
