Yeh it's not bad. Spend far to much time in it during winter. Need to get the walls all painted this summer and do loads of tip runs. But it's getting to how i want it. Just need a bigger garage 🤔

How long does it take to put a different bike on the turbo? That fan looked like a big relief!

It takes about 30 seconds to put it on. And then about 30 seconds to calibrate it. Super quick and easy. I just needed to put some pedals onto my TT bike. Hard to ride without them 🤣🤣

Good skills to enter a sprint tri. Gives you a different dynamic as a training race. A stone and a half reduced weight is MASSIVE! Enjoy ✊

Yeh it's good to go and have some fun with no pressure. Just have a nice hard session. It's much easier to do now I'm a stone and a half lighter 🤣🤣

Enjoy Southam! I did it last year. Think ‘warm cross country’ for the 5K and check the route beforehand - lots of runners were a little confused on the first lap! 😂

Do you do much Brick training as part of your build-up? I did the Cov Sprint Tri in 2016 and getting off the bike and starting to "run" and I use that word in the loosest possible terms was the grimmest experience ever as I hadn't done any and hadn't experienced that before.

Yep jelly legs is fun 🤣🤣 Yeh il do some race specific stuff. I did a brick session on Saturday. An hour on the turbo followed by a 20 minute run. My legs actually feel better after being on the bike but I find I'm pretty strong on the bike 👌

Outdoor sprints tend to be 750m and bike course are subject to what they have available. I've done longer and shorter ones. Looking forward to it 👌
