Tattoo shops can get a little wild. There's something about getting inked that lowers one's inhibitions... in other words, people do some wild stuff when they're getting tattooed. We asked our panel of artists to share some of their craziest client stories with us and you will not believe what they told us!

I had someone who was making 'whoosh' sounds. Like an airplane passing by. Last week I had to tattoo someone with tourettes which was really interesting. Talked everything through beforehand so it was a real positive experience.

Im super glad ive been the best canvas that a couple of my artists had. I dont make weird noises, i shave myself so the tattooer doesnt have to, i havent found a spot where the needle tickles me yet so sitting still hasnt been a problem. I was super worried when i got my first tattoo that it would hurt too much and my arm would be all twitchy but i surprisingly sat through my first one without any issue. Though im pretty sure when i get to my love handles/ribs its going to be tough for me. Just had the inside of my right elbow done during my last tattoo and that was insane trying to not twitch my arm through that area getting colored.

I will definitely be going with my daughter to get her first tattoo, if she ever wants one, but I will DEFINITELY not be giving her alcohol or anything, that's insane of that one client's mom.

I apprenticed for a couple of years on long island NY , and definitely met some interesting , insane , crazy , sad , depressed , criminal , addicted to everything bad , violent , gross , inappropriate even for a tattoo shop , famous , infamous , wanted , even escaped , some extreme racists , some extreme religious yet confused and also hypothetical and offensive , friends and family and enemies , most of all I got to witness some of the most talented artists do there work and be very proud of it , which is something not everyone gets to witness or achieve themselves. To me that's priceless and unforgettable and I am forever thankful and appreciative for that but also glad I decided to seek a different path. TG for cameras and social media platforms so I will always be able to look back .
