I actually didn't know that you need to use a more acute angle when stropping on leather compared to stropping on stone, this is really informative!

Sorry for the response in English, I don't speak Japanese and I'm watching the video with subtitles. You already make a pretty good edge but I think there is room for improvement. I hope you enjoy sharpening discussing and constructive criticism. Science of Sharp has amazing images with electron microscopy and it really helped me improve my sharpening. I recommend you check their articles. Bellow are some things I learned there. If you remove the burr with edge trailing strokes on stone a microburr will always remains. We can't feel it with our fingers but it will show on electron microscopy images. A loaded leather strop really helps clean this microburr but you need to be careful with pasted strops because they may create a foil burr and reduce edge durability. When using pasted strop it's good practice to test sharpness after a couple passes on the cutting board. That will exclude "fake" sharpness from foil edge. To avoid remaining microburr and foil edge I prefer to clean the burr edge leading on stone, with practice that's enough to cut paper towels out of any stone, even coarse grit.
