last month..i did stumble one palestinian family in the klcc park...they used to live in gaza..like 6-7 years ago..now they living in oman..they come to visit their relative..was able to had few conversation..not much since my english n their also..just not very gud..wut struck me the most..when i ask hows malaysia..and he said "your love for the palestinian is real..tq"..i can see he was bout to cry😭

As a Muslim Malaysian, what I love most about my country is that just about everyone is very respectful towards everyone else's religious beliefs and culture. Of course there's always going to be exceptions here and there but I would say this is true about 99% of the time.

U forgot to mention language. Malaysia in one of a few countries in Asia where english is widely used. As a traveler, u don't really need to know the local languages to get around. Signboards, instructions, apps etc are mostly in english. If u need to go to the hospital, police station, banks, any public/government agencies etc etc. they all speak english. Lots of english speaking radio stations too!!!

Have you tried visiting northern Malaysia such as Kelantan, Kedah, Perlis, etc? If you're longing for a relaxing, village life you can come and visit! The foods here are 2x cheaper than in the city. And here it is very peaceful. You can visit Pulau Langkawi, Pulau Pangkor, Pulau Tioman and etc if you wish for a beach life.
