Amazing Harbin, especially the ' Ice & Snow Festival ' is so unique in the world ...... my hearty CONGRATULATIONS! from ' The City of Angel ', Bangkok. As a China-born, Thai national of 76, I still couldn't visit all of China & hope to do so when I have a chance. I was born in Gingle, a county of Guilin, Guangxi, China when my medical father was assisting the Chinese Red Cross during WWII before going back to Hong Kong (HK) & later being recalled by his parents to the Kingdom of Thailand (formerly Siam). At 12, I was sent back to HK for 9 years & another 5 years in the US for my education. Afterward, I have been doing over 30 professional jobs & traveled the world in many businesses, especially in HK, China, Europe, & the US. I love to swim in cold weather (of Guilin, Guangxi) & swam in the Lake District of the UK & cities of Germany in cold water & I am looking forward to swimming in Harbin's pool in the future ......

Sadly western media doesn’t just do that to China. I remember seeing footage of someone travelling through Pakistan and I was like 🤯🤯🤯 according to my media, that country is just a desert filled with terrorists and camels, nothing else to see here 🤷🏻♀️ While in reality I learnt Pakistan is very diverse too, so then I started looking for authentic and real footage from other ‘terrorist’ countries and have come to the conclusion that western media sucks. China is amazing, I don’t care what the media says. Can’t wait to go back!
@hecmec51144 жыл бұрын
Like I was just saying earlier the western media like to film some run down wet markets in Indonesia and label it China. it is unfortunately a common practice but just imagine if China makes the same documentary about western countries....
