I love that you made a real version of that viral "Croissantosaurus," and it looks great, but promoting an Instagram account filled with AI images designed to trick people is just... not what I expect or want to see from any real artist. I would have vastly preferred a video about how all of these impossible AI foods can't be made solely from the materials they claim to be and need to be sculpted. I also really miss seeing the entirety of the cake-making process. Lately it's seemed like you skip over a lot of the details, and I miss the charm of the older videos with fewer cuts and sound effects.

What’s stopping you from making this video that you want to see? (Perhaps you’re too busy getting fired up over nothing to have time to actually create something?). And she just had a baby. I’m sure she’s terribly sorry that you miss her older videos with fewer cuts, but she’s raising a human being. I’m sure she will be more than happy to refund all the money you spent to watch this video.

@@moonsigil I think you missed the fact that the entire video was a stealth advertisement for an AI Instagram account (she even asked us to go like the croissantosaurus post to get it to a million likes). Her cake is fantastic, like I said. Promoting AI is what I dislike.

I still admire you a lot, but, as an artist, I really need to ask you to think twice before promoting AI (for people saying it’s a satire, she’s still promoting the instagram account) The problem was not making the cake an AI generated (it’s ok to use it as inspiration or to challenge yourself since some cakes are “impossible”), it actually turned out really good, I would like even more if it was a human vs AI themed video to show the value of human work

She said it was AI immediately, so I'm unsure where the confusion is. As for the most recent videos trying a new direction or something different, I think it's mostly about still giving us content that doesn't take as long as those elaborate cakes they made previously, since she gave birth very recently and is taking care of her newborn. My guess is that she’ll return to some of the larger classic cakes eventually.

As someone who is studying paleontology. I can confirm that the dinosaur in the thumbnail is Acrochantosaurus . (Which is in the same family as Giganotosaurus). Fun fact: even tho jurassic world says the giga is the largest it’s not because size is determined by weight.

I understand that the story is a joke, but the amount of AI it includes-and the fact that it promotes AI at all-is just not it for me. :/ AI spreads a lot of misinformation and uses pre-existing work from real artists (including food artists!) to make its images, and then the deserved credit and monetization does not go to those original artists. I really love watching your videos, but there’s so much more that you, as an artist, can do that isn’t based off of or promoting AI!

Satire aside, I think my other favorite parts of this are Clanky Hanna Barbera Robot Zuckerberg, Giuseppe and his horror hand, the Croissantosaur's cute little head laying there like 'nuuuu..' and those exterior establishing shots with the sitcom music. Very entertaining use of what is originally purpose-free imagery!

Hey Natalie, my little 9 year old girl (Maddie) is a big fan, she watches your videos all the time and learnes so much, she loves baking and really enjoys what you do!!
