As a permanent resident of Tilotamma.I would like to point out my view on this video.This video is being biased , by only looking for greenery and roads how can a municipality be good or best?There was no any conversation about transparency, corruption, education, health, agriculture.BTW you saw the viral road(siddhartha highway) that comes under road division but the lights and highway wifi installed comes under municipality which doesn't work properly.Talking about the Municipality office,i had wrote a complaint letter which has not been opened since 2 years which might still be in feedback box.In the video One person giving 10/10 is a current member member of Nepali congress and opinions were of course biased as Mayor is from Nepali congress.If i had given chance to rate my municipality,i would rate Cleanliness 10/10 Others 4/10 P.S I am neutral and haven't been in any party and this is my only personal opinion.

Appreciate, I am not even a resident of tilotoma nagarpalika but even your points are valid .The situation of other municipality is so much worst. I visited it after 2 years and my eyes get attraction by it's infrastructure and the free service toilet. Nevertheless tilotoma is giving an example of how a municipality should be. We come from nepal and corruption is like in blood of all leaders. We youth can make change .

Being the resident of tilottama its nice to hear good about this municipality. But the reality is different. The pase of development it took earlier are slower down. Roods of politically connected persons are pitched in close interval but others are taking years. Only on looking siddhartha hight way and the lights on it doesn't makes sense.

Developments priority. 1. Road Infrastructure, People's Safety on Roads and Transportation for Public 2. One big government school (1 to 12th) 3. One big university affiliate government college (bachelor's to master) - Management, Education and Engineering) 4. One big government hospital (like Dharan BPKISH, Dhulikhel Hospital, etc.) 5. Industry and Assembly Plants 6. Agriculture Development 7. Sanitation

My opinion as someone who is born and living in Tilottama from past 20 yrs - People coming from outside (whether Palpa, Gulmi or Butwal ) are extremely satisfied because they didn't have these facilities and road infrastructure over there . But who were here from beginning isn't satisfied with development. Tilottama is good at branding themselves and talking about previous Mayor Basudev Ghimire (who is industrialist and MP) - he was industralist so he declares tilottama as first municipality in full covid vaccination or whether its zero plastic zone. But reality was different. Fully covid vaccination zone was declared at 12 am to win over other municipality. There is no implementation at all . Still plastics are used in 90% area . I don't where is this plastic free zone . And talking about road infrastructure, only highways are good which is done in budget of ADB and its not even done by Municipality. They are just credit stealer . Madhawliya inner road and Manglapur Kanchibazaar road is under construction for 3 yrs leaving business in marketplace affected . Inner road construction is on slowest pace at all places .And current Mayor Ramkrishna Khad ( brother of famous Balkrishna Khad) really have done 0 work in tenure . There are many bad things which is not told to create good perception. I m not a critics . Some good works are also done like - Waste Management, Plantation Programme , Agricultural Promotion and Irrigation Faciliatation and Providing training for operating small industry and micro enterprise (specially to female) . These are good and bad work that i can remember. As a resident of Tilottama , i wanna rate it 5/10 .

Look, their is always room for improvement although this municipal have set a benchmark to upcoming governing body to atleast be accountable for their residents. As a permanent resident of Tilottama, I feel that this video seems incomplete. It feels like the video was made to get views and attention rather than for genuine reason. It only shows parts of the road and the area around the Tilottama office, which doesn't fully capture the essence of the city. The host of the video seems to focus only on the positive aspects, but where is the real exploration? The road you walked on is just the office road, which is well-maintained, but you didn't even show the inside view. I don't mean to hate, but this 18-minute video doesn't do justice to Tilottama as a whole. There may be negative aspects too, and those should be explored to give a more balanced and genuine portrayal of the city.

I know the TNC team is trying to come up with multiple projects at once. But please do some homework on it before going on ground. Give the team members some purpose to achieve through these kinds of videos. After watching this video, I felt like you made the video just for the sake of making it. What's the motive behind this video? To get views and likes by making videos on clickable topics only or give some more insights on the topic? I was expecting that you would ask all the questions raised by public to some responsible authority of the municipality. Also, since Dipesh himself is cinephile person, I was expecting some cinematic footage of the municipality as well. I suggest that if you implement all of your skills of cinematic story telling in these kinds of videos too it will be better. However, I wish the team would become more purpose driven videos rather than views and likes driven videos. Best of Luck. Keep doing what you're doing. But just don't do it just for the sake of doing it. Instead, please target some purpose in each video.
