I ‘ve been living in Osaka for 3 and half years and last year I went back to Osaka and sold my Joe Ryan tops chrome black auto card psa 9 and a panini prizm Tom Brady to Mint Shinsaibashi (where jay went in this video) and I just sold for 2000s yen The staff told me they will not give non Japanese player good price Even Joe Ryan is a Olympic medallist in baseball and there is an autograph on my card The price is still lower than Tom Brady ‘s panini prizm card After that I talked with other collectors who has come to mint Osaka to sell their card collection They said mint sports card ‘s purchasing price is about 90% off from eBay and they will sell 3 way higher from the purchasing price which they buy from you This is the truth of mint sports card shops in Japanese Trust me you rather sell your card on eBay than here 😢

Great video. That shop in Okachimachi has been there for years. I worked at a card shop near there from 1996-2002. By the way the store OIOI is actually pronounced Marui. I can't wait to get back to Japan in a few months.

I am surprised at how much English there is in Japan. Everything is labeled in English or named in English. I wonder how much one US dollar = 1yen ? I think it’s so cool that they have staff recommendations. By the way, I know you like Jace Jung. Did you know that his brother plays on the Tigers? Jace actually came to one of the games the other day. That card store has everything! I would spend a week in there lol. This was an awesome video! Thank you so much for showing us Japan!
