Vivo is the best service.. and ghe service is as shown in the video. They gave me a new phone because they couldn't arrange camera module of iQOO Z3 within 7 days. Another user was given X100Pro as they couldn't arrange of X60Pro+ out of warranty. Those commenting negatively, i would request to 1st visit service center and not assume negatively.

I've myself experienced the same great service experience from Vivo for the greenline issue in my 3 years old Vivo X70 pro where they not only replaced my phone screen but the metal frame also, free of cost. The staff was welcoming, no questions were asked for an out of warranty product, they do provide refreshments and on top of all, I got my phone back in 1 hour. I was also provided with a new phone case even without asking for it. I must admit, it was the best service experiencea. Keep up the good work Vivo/ Iqoo.

As my father have phone accessories shop i know the difference because most of the shopkeeper don't know the right way to put UV glass . In my long experience there is no problem with uv glass and as u mentioned about the plastic film which should not call as a protective glass as it is very thin flexible plastic film which will not safe for curve display because it is more likely to be damaged if the phone fell and personally i also deal with the issue of uv glass in my fist time attempt to putting on my phone but after that i got every solution to the problem and i suggest that it is better to go on some experienced mobile shop.

I also wanted to share my experience on Vivo IQOO service centre I installed a UV tempered glass on my iQOO Z7 Pro, and some UV glue accidentally got into the speaker. When I took it to their service center in Noida, they first tried cleaning the speaker, but when that didn't fully resolve it, they replaced the speaker at no extra cost. I even asked them why they didn’t charge me, considering it was liquid damage, and they kindly explained it wasn’t my fault but advised against using UV tempered glass next time. Really impressed with their service and support!"👍🏻

I took my out of warranty vivo x60pro+ to vivo authorised service centre for a green line issu. I didn't even have my bill with me, they took my phone in for inspection for physical damage and after 1-2 weeks they called me and said that screen isn't available so they can upgrade my phone. The valuation for my phone which they gave was 60k, so i upgraded to then latest x90 selling for 64,999. 5k for a new phone basically. So i can say, customer care was amazing ❤️

Using VivoX100Pro and i have got my tempered glass replaced twice in 6 months, you just need to put some tape around the volume buttons, speakers grills and power button and you're good to go. Don't leave a UV tempered for more than 6 months or so.
