Loved this!!! And just what I needed to watch at the moment. I was in a 25 yr marriage ( met at the tender age of 20) and divorced 4 years ago. I quickly got into new relationships as couldn’t bare to be on my own. My latest relationship ended (by me) 6 weeks ago after 2 years with a narcissist who I let control me as was scared of going alone. Found the courage to walk away and am now embracing a new life on my own and starting to enjoy drama free moments of solitude. We came into this world alone and we will leave alone - I’m hoping to learn that I am 💯 whole with or without someone by my side. I will now be binge watching the rest of your content!!! X

So cute those two bouncing doggies leading the way on such a beautiful adventure. Love the way you described the way your thoughts go trough your head when you walk, I can relate so much. Definitely will book a trip to this area of the UK this year, I've mostly been to cities, but nature is so stunning over there.

This is amazing! I did the exact same thing on Sunday, I had a little solo date, went to Glastonbury, (in Somerset) did some thrifting, grabbed lunch at burns the bread (epic bakery) and I was having such a nice time, I decided to walk up the tor! (Glastonbury tor views are amazing) I got up the top & felt such a sense of accomplishment. I know it may sound dumb to others, but I’m such an anxious person & being in a 10 year relationship, you can become so reliant on them. I told myself at beginning of year, 2023 is the year to gain some independence back. And my little self date felt I did that ❤😊

I loved this video Helen! That walk looked so peaceful and beautiful. I find walking is my meditation to. My brain never stops, and sometimes I do struggle to get out on a walk by myself with my dog when the anxiety is bad. But when I can do it, it really does feel great and gets those endorphins flowing x

Helen you’ve inspired me to have a long solo walk! Any time by myself is usually spent cleaning, washing and just trying to sort out my house before my husband and son are home! I’m going to start prioritising a walk every week just for me and definitely make sure there’s a treat stop at the end!!! 😊❤

Loved this vlog so much . Been to wells and Burnham staith a few times over the years and this brought back so many childhood memories and memories of my children when we used to take them . The Norfolk coast is such a beautiful place . Lovely to see your dogs running around . ❤

I loved this so much it was so wholesome. I used to take my doggo here all the time as wells next the sea was his favourite place including the woods. Ever since I lost him at the end of last year I've really struggled with my mental health as he motivated me to get out of the house. I feel super emotional watching this and I hope one day I can get back to my Norfolk coast adventures. I hope you had the best time 🥹🖤

I must say, Helen, you are brave for going on solo adventures in the wilderness (there are always news stories of stabbings, kidnappings and assaults. The world is a scary place sometimes). At least you have your doggies and you had a soul reset from your trip. 😊

One of my New Year’s resolutions was to explore more where I live, so I’ve started doing weekend ‘hot girl’ walks, sometimes on my own and sometimes with family. It does so much for your mental health!

I’m moving to Norwich! That’s it girlfriend. I’ve been watching you since the jump off and I’ve loved seeing your town and all the lovely people and things to do that are close by. I live in the states. Colorado. And it’s beautiful here too, don’t get me wrong. But I’ve made up my mind. Don’t know when I’ll be able to afford the move but that’s the goal! ❤Keep up this awesome new journey in life you’re on hon. Looks so good on you😉.

Beautiful video Helen. You always inspire me. I need to go for a long walk to clear my head and get that serotonin and dopamine up! It’s so funny, I always say my head is like a pinball machine. The same thoughts bouncing around all the time. 😆

This was brilliant to watch. I have been doing solo travel a lot since lockdowns finished, mainly due to it being hard to organise things with friends when you have different work schedules. As well as local travel, I have also travelled to Greece and New York on my own and loved it. I loved how you are able to keep the dogs off the lead most of the time, do you encounter less socialised dogs (dogs that don't like other dogs) on your walks with them?

I went to Burnham market a couple of years ago and stayed in a cottage. We felt so out of place 😂 but it was such a lovely little village and beautiful beach. I was also amused by the random fat face shop aha! We’re going back in September for 5 days as we loved the beach and area so much. You’re very lucky to live somewhere so near to beautiful walks. Xx

I couldn't relate to you more in this vlog! I have been told by multiple health professionals as a child that I have ADHD but I don't have an official diagnosis. ( I really need to sort that out) my brain never seems to switch off. I'm always stuck in my head overthinking things. The only time I can truly feel relaxed is when I'm walking! I love it so much. End up doing a lot of Solo walks because everyone else finds it boring or if people do come they just want to do leisurely walks. I'm constantly trying to convince my sister's to do the Dorset coast with me but I don't think that will ever happen. I need to find walking friends! 🙄

I have a weird question but I’m an Apple Watch user and really wanna know the stats from this walk! How many calories burnt? How many miles? How many steps? I gots to know! Also what is this walk called, I’d love to do it myself!

I wouldn't take the 'calories burned' as being particularly accurate - no fitness watches are accurate when it comes to calories. :)

Why do dachshunds remind me of meerkats 🤣😂🤣 they soooooo cute 😊 I got a Jack Russell mix chihuahua, shes a Jack Russell sized chihuahua, with a longer snout then a chihuahua, so funny I never knew chihuahuas had curly tails like pigs till i had her 🤣😂 she a sweety, but she ruins walks cus she got chased by a loose dog and now shes permanently scared and squeals when she sees any dog so people obviously stare and think were doing something to her. Someone actually said 'thought you were hurting her' cus my mum likes to explain why shes like this. Anyway rant over.
