Yes absolutely! Everything else is stressful and doesn't really promise happiness 😊

I have lived a slow life in London for years now and I love it. I lived a pretty wild life in my 20s and 30s. I had to slow down considerably in my 40s due to health issues, and now I adore slow living and was so grateful I was forced to slow down. I think it was the universe telling me it was time to appreciate the little things in life far more.

I just like a plain and simple life, I wouldn’t want the celebrity lifestyle, definitely not for me. I do believe that we are all unique in our own ways. Thank you for sharing this ❤

Yes! And I know my job here can come with "fame" but I really don't want it 😂 But this community is of course nice to exchange thoughts!

I always said I just want to live in peace and do my thing(painting, embroidery) I don't need anything else. And no recognition.

I totally get that! 😊

@@ecofriendliait is so nice, not grabing for something or comparing to others, isn't it? To just be. I think social media makes it harder for gen-z and I do not envy them. Thank you for this video, great message!!

I really love your content. You make me become a better person in terms of contentment and finding true value in what I already have. Honestly, I am still recovering from all the temptations that social media has given me. Now, living with no social media and just consuming media content on YT. I aspire to live a simpler but more meaningful life to save money and just be the best version of myself. With that, thank you for being so authentic.

Living an ordinary life is a gift! A person is lucky if they have that. Nice reminder 🌷

Lia, thank you. I live an ordinary life, happily. But as for simple living, I have recently started a small allotment, I live in an apartment so it is good to be able to grow things (with limited success so far). I do have a garden but it is almost impossible to grow things there unless they can cope with being smothered with grass.

We are already unique. The pressure to self optimize or be productive has entered every part of life, even slow living and simple living. So everything needs to be 100%. That is so unhealthy. Just do what makes you feel good about your life.

Yes absolutely! And us all being unique is absolutely enough! As is an "imperfect" minimalist, slow, sustainable lifestyle!

I am always saying that I am happy with my boring life, but what I think I really mean is that as I get older, simple is ok, its not boring, it as I want it....

I enjoy the peaceful ambience of your videos and really like your hair, it's similar to mine now after my haircut (both the length and color).

This woman has an aura that at home she slowly dies of boredom. I feel bad for her, she looks like a good person.

Actually, you travels and has a young son. I don't think she is bored!
