@@colbr6733 that was to support banks following a global economic crisis. The debt in 2008 was 1.2 trillion or 80 percent of GDP it’s now 3 trillion and 101 percent of GDP. It’s now in a far worse position

Labour created the conditions for it to happen then somehow wanted credit for mopping up their own mess. There’s a good reason why every Labour government we’ve ever had has left unemployment higher than it was when they came to power.
