There is absolutely NO proper management at Ibrox. There is no team building whatsoever. The logic and tactics are just sign random player A or B with perhaps a vague idea of certain positions we may be light in terms of back up. Which is another issue the mentality is get back up for... rather than a replacement/upgrade for... I mean, you only get back up for squad additions if you have a very strong, reliable WINNING starting 11. However, when you have a team of losers after losers you need to get an UPGRADE and replacement, just getting mere back ups is complete stupidity majes no sense. So there is that and also very very little teak building, as in building a proper starting 11 TEAM not a bunch of random individuals thrown together. I mean a plan for certain type of side you want to create, like you might want a fast box to box no 8 along with a more of a passer of the ball with vision rather than dig and speed. Then a big physical type that can hit them from 25 30 yards. Maybe a striker partnership of 2 contrasting strikers or a penalty box striker and a more of a winger type forward say a Neil NcCann with a Billy Dodds forward type attacking team. Or perhaps you want 2 similar players where if ones doing it on the ball the other is working off, and they switch. Like a Mols and a DeBoer. I'm not using names off the top of my head as examples of the class and level of individual. I'm just talking about the styie the teamwork & contrasting styles of players. I do not see any attempt at building a TEAM under this big slow motor mouth. Where as Beale was a ferrari motor mouth, Clenent is a motor mouth ot just runs at a slower speed he's a vauxhall or something. Anyway, it's just like a which players are available? This one...
