About a week before I made this video, I went for a walk and sat beneath a tree with some shade that allowed me to escape the sun. @@yomamma1358 I’ve been attempting to actively be apart of things. So when I listen to music, I attempt to really be in the moment and just listen. Same goes for walking, I try to just go for a walk and think, actively feel my surroundings. Not even trying to be all spiritual or use new age philosophies, I just enjoy it.
