You are 💯 percent correct about how expensive new york is and how disgusting the subways are. For a city that everything is so over priced the city should be much more cleaner.

Anna should ask herself this when choosing LA or NYC: do u like driving or do u hate driving? Do u like warm weather year-round or changing of the seasons?

I am born & raised in NYC. Under the last mayor, everything went downhill and more so during the pandemic. The new mayor hasn’t done much either! I pay so much taxes! With what I make here, I probably could live comfortably in SK. Anyway, that Sephora location is my favorite! Love your vid & take on NYC.

Hi Anna, You are literally eating your way through NY. Haha hehe. So great to watch. Definitely you should live in both NY and LA to see which is better. The subway and rats in NY are horrible but the 3 minute walk to pancake house is great. I have to definitely watch this again to see what you bought at Sephora bc I did ask you what you would recommend buying at Sephora in a previous video. Thanks Anna.

If u go to Niagara, should check out Toronto, it's only 90 minutes or so from the falls and is the most multi-cultural city in the world. U can climb the real CN Tower & participate in the CN Tower challenge since u could climb much higher on the stair master.

I think you'd like LA a little better because the weather is more consistent and it's cheaper than NY. Yes you have to drive most places but you quickly get used to it by knowing the commute times. And the metro system for LA is far cleaner and improving quickly. And you'd like the beaches more.😊

Anna, your videos are so informative.. 👍I am glad you have also mentioned two sides of the story. " Posh NY vs not so rosy NY" As a good Journalist or social blogger this is the right thing to do. Show two sides of the story. Thank you 👍

NY crime right now, especially in the subways is high right now. Always be alert and consider keeping Pepper Spray. Junior’s has the best cheese cake!

Breakfast looked so good. I'm learning about my own city watching your NYC blogs. Breakfast by Salt Cure is literally 5 blocks from my work. Trying to talk my co-workers into ordering for breakfast tomorrow. LOL Sorry about the rats and the mess, it's been the worst since after Covid. It's one of the many downsides of living in NYC.

Sad to hear the NY subways still are nasty. I haven't been in NY for 15 years and you couldn't pay me to ride them back then. Take an Uber. Did you get to see the tree? And have an old fashioned at the Waldorf Astoria?

KOREA: Safer by far. Much, much less expensive. America is dangerous and exprnsive. If you got married and had kids where would like to raise them? But L.A.? Closer to Korea if you go back to visit. Koreatown if you miss the "Korea vibe". Good public transportation: trains go everywhere. Vaca in Mexico, Central/South America, Hawaii. Good cities nearby: San Diego, San Francisco etc. PACIFIC OCEAN. Best weather in America. Mountains nearby with skiing. Deserts near by.

NYC overpriced and done. LA legitimately dangerous now. Try Scottsdale, AZ. Young, smart biz culture, breathtaking desert colors and you can fly to the OC in 45 minutes when temps hit 120F.

I’m a NYer and I avoid the subway especially now that I’ve started biking. I’ve figured out the best place to live and best commute without the Manhattan prices. I have a better view of Manhattan than anyone living in NYC…I live in West NY across the Hudson, right on the water front. I have a true 1 br, washer/dryer in my unit, full size dishwasher and a fridge with an ice maker. Plus I have a balcony and amenities (pool!). I take the ferry to Manhattan and ride my bike the rest of the way. Door to door 30 minutes. I avoid Time Square like the plague along with the other tourist traps. There are so many other cool places with fun things to do without the crowds and overpriced shit. NYC can be either a ball buster OR really beautiful, cool, and affordable. Still, Anna, you did great and I’m glad you had fun! I work a block away from Chelsea Market…so glad you checked it out. 🫰💜💕

You have a washer/dryer, congrats!! It's a luxury in NY I heard XD
