Great video Jake. I usually bang out trap bar shrugs after deadlifting and farmers carrying the trap bar first. And like you, I do face pulls after pressing. I also do dumbbell shrugs on my pull days. I don’t really have time to add much more but do you think my traps are hit enough that way over the course of a week and a half?

That's probably more than fine! Plus, if you're happy with your trap progress then I wouldn't overthink it and stay the course. If you are wanting more traps, you could always add in more trap bar shrugs and pauses at the top so you can so seamlessly without adding more volume!

I have these kinda traps and all I do is conventional deadlifts and rows. My traps are far better than any other body part without any isolation work. That's just genetics
