I like that realize the importance of being able to see in the shop from your office. It keeps things on the move and you work right when you know the boss is more than likely looking at you. It makes the customer feel like his car will be done right when the owner of the shop can see the shop.

Loving the car scene in LA currently. Gintani on point with the new shop, DDE on point with their new HQ & Skinny featuring a ton of LA drivers on his channel. I can feel more collabs coming too with Yost, PFS, Creative Bespoke & plenty more overseas such as Mat Armstrong & co. Great time to be a supercar/race car fan. 💯

Man, that new shop is so sick. Being able to watch the actual working room of a high end shop like this through that glass is going to earn you so much in terms of credentials IMO - true openness shows confidence in your own work, and people will literally see that. Love the new office Alex - the entire setup is incredibly intelligent. Can't wait to stop in for a look next time I'm in Southern Cali. Best of luck on this update to your great business.

Business is tuff. When you hire talent there’s always the fear they go off on their own. I’m a prime example of that. Worked for a custom builder and kitchen bath showroom. Saw how dysfunctional it was ran. How lucrative it could be. Went off on my own. Solid decade doing very well.

I will be sharing these links with some younger kids to show them the work required and rewards for following your dreams.
