Just twelve hours before today’s lockdown, Health Secretary Matt Hancock bowed to pressure and reversed a ban on visiting residents in care homes. But with strict guidelines on how these visits can be conducted, many have criticised the new measures. Ylenia Angeli is one such person, a nurse who was filmed being arrested by her daughter when she tried to remove her 97-year-old mother from a care home. Ylenia and her daughter Leandra Ashton tell Phil and Holly their story and are also joined by Alice Beer and the Minister for Care, Helen Whately.
