min yoongi honestly the best thing to do is to pray and pour your heart out to God. also try to spend time, even if its a few mins, to read your Bible.

I implore you to write down a time before this week is up, even if its just 15 minutes to sit down and talk, write a letter, sing a song, draw something, whatever the case may be, from you to God and he will answer you. Tell him how you feel, speak to him. And he will show up for you. Blessings xx

When you get 'busy' with all the responsibilities in life, it seems like you have no time for God, but you need to change the way you think about God and your relationship with him. He comes first, before anything else. He's the root of everything so make a conscious effort to make time to speak to him. Just start by praying, maybe incorporating a bible verse a day and then increase it. If 10 mins is all you can spare, then do that; soon you'll find you would want to increase it. xxx

Hey Courtney I'm not sure whether you will see this but this evening I was going to watch a sermon and go to bed and I was just asking God to speak to me through whatever I watched but I just couldn't find the motivation to watch any and then I came across your video and God was saying to me as soon as you began to speak that this is how I want to speak to you. I can fully relate to hiding the darkest parts of me and the darkest things that have ever happened to me and just like you I thought I was good, I was praying I was singing songs of praise and asking God to guide me in my studies yet I wasn't giving my sorrow to God. I had surrendered my life to him but I hadn't surrendered the pain and heart break, I wasnt letting him comfort me I thought I was finally coming to have peace but God has revealed to me that there is so much more work that needs to be done.He's brought me closer than ever to him this year. I've gotten over the first hurdel but there is another to overcome. Thank you so much for being so transparent with us and sharing how God is working in your life, I pray that God bless you and keep you ❤

I'm in this same season of just laying every weight down before God. I realized that I was holding a lot of anger from past offenses and hurts from people within the body of Christ. I finally let it out by saying "God this person really hurt me, and I need you to help me to forgive them." From that day on God gave me peace that surpasses all understanding. I realized that I didn't forgive because I was embarrassed and ashamed that I aloud someone to hurt me, and instead of just admitting I was hurt I just harbored anger towards them in my heart. But thanks be to God, I am free from that unforgiving spirit, and can now be around these people and show them genuine love no matter what they've done to me in the past. I believe God was teaching me humility. Love should be given freely even to the most difficult, vile, and wicked people simply because God freely gives it to us rather we deserve it or not.
