I think you are in a way better location than Surrey..i am 28 weeks pregnant and suffering from flu..i started getting dehydration as I couldn't eat or retain anything for 15 hours and we went to the maternity ward they refused to check me and said it's not a pregnancy issue so go to emergency and emergency nurse was like you can walk fine here the wait time is 6 hours we will take your blood sample and check but you still cannot eat or drink anything because if we have to get your ultrasound then you will have to wait for another 4 hours if you eat..we came back and am getting treated at home..i told them I feel cramps they are like it could be Braxton Hicks..surrey memorial maternity unit sucks as per my experience.

I am a Punjabi myself but I love Gujrati food specialy dhokla. There is a restaurant Dinesh Indian cuisine in Brampton that serves authentic gujrati dhokla and all other gujrati snacks even my gujrati friends agree it is the best and closest to what they make in Gujrat. Must try....

Instead of having big meals have. Small meals . Kyu ki ye liver problem ha most of the Indian women have this problem . I use olive oil before shower. And alo vera gel But u think i stop milk product and eat easy to digest foods that helps me a lot
