There has to be some sort of sentencing guidelines, where certain crimes can only attract specific range of sentencing. For example theft of 10 cedis should attract a maximum fine of 100 cedis. Robbery should attract 25 years. This guy deserves compensation from the government.

And that is why many of the judges in Ghana will get stroke and some strange diseases before they die. God punish them one by one. Cids are always the cause of this imprisonment in Ghana.
