8:30 He's not so much dressed as a sailor, as he is simulating a child through an old sense of fashion of boy clothes that resembled sailor uniforms. They seem to be rehearsing a skit to show an example why sinners do bad things- Angel in the role of a drug dealer, and Pen is his unsuspecting child victim. Hence why Pen is acting carefree licking a lollipop.😆 10:43 Rosie (you were so close!). She owns a clothing store in Cannibal Colony and is good friends with Alastor. 😄

It’s Adam that’s definitely got a close design as Mammon. Both wearing like some kind of dress. They are both antagonists. And yes how their teeth and face movement is related just like you said

I think Sir Pentious was dressed like that as part of the scene that he and Angel were trying to act out. I'm assuming a schoolboy based on the script saying that the character Angel is playing as is trying to find a child to sell drugs to. Anyways, I'm so excited for the show and can't wait for your reactions!

Even that tiny moment was enough for me to completely fall in love with Vox character...omagad and Alastor is DIVINE I love seeing him singing with Rosie and others. Also he looks more like a villain to be honest but we'll see) I don't mind) I understood that they're gonna fight with angels... idk. But the music, the voices, the jokes, the animation - everything is just freaking cosmic. I was about to cry of excitement while watching it❤❤❤❤

I'm guessing they'll try to play Alastor's bloody background more in visuals, since the long expository sequences would detract from the main story. I don't think he'll be a straight-up antagonist, tho.

The storyboard artist that goes by Raphielle II on KZbin worked on the Hazbin Hotel pilot, at least seven Helluva Boss episodes, and possibly on the Hazbin Hotel first season. They created the ""VALENTINO" Hazbin Hotel Fan-Animatic" that Veggie reacted to some time ago. They were the first person who worked on the project with Vivienne Medrano who showed the layout of Vox's headquarters. They depicted the chair in a circular room with screens all over the walls like the trailer shows, although the chair design is different. They also showed that the screens on the walls would flood with Vox's thoughts almost uncontrollably. I wonder if they were right about this. If so, Vox's character and story arc may be linked to his struggle to hide his thoughts, weaknesses, and such from the world. A demon with amazing power but that very power reveals his weaknesses, loves, and embarrassments to others. Like a super celebrity who is rich and powerful because of TV but also exposed and destroyed through that same TV if they slip-up.

While all the new VAs sound too happy which made the trailer feel happy and not like they're Sinners in Hell, Husk is my big issue because he doesnt sound like he's done with existence or pessimistic, I could hear and feel that with the old VA but not this new one, I am still interested with the show but Husk and to extent the other VA's versions of their characters is gonna be that hardest part to get over.

Please don't only post audio-free reactions. While I definitely have paid for Amazon Prime Video for the sole purpose of binging Hazbin Hotel all January/ February, I would appreciate having the flexibility and convenience to watch reaction videos solely with KZbin. I would much rather you edit or pause frequently or cut out small sections to accommodate a KZbin only experience, but I know that caused alot more work for you.

Coming from as big a Helluva Boss fan you'll ever see, the reveal that the Angels were evil all along makes me nervous for when the series comes out. While there was always going to be heavy gray-and-gray morality at play, given everything we know about this world, starting with the premise that Heaven are the bad guys doesn't feel earned whatsoever. My only hope is that the marketing team didn't know or care that they're dealing with an established universe with extensive lore and just did the modern trailer thing where they spoil the climax to get people invested.

I have mixed feelings. After thinking a bit, I think it's because all we've had was the pilot for YEARS to go off of, changes feel weird. Not super fond of the voice changes, and the art style shift feels weird too even though it's minor. It just didn't have the same feel. NOT saying I won't like it, just first impressions. I did like Vox, and Adam's voices. Guess I'm just going to have to have faith and wait for it to come out. Been waiting years, can hold on another month.
