Hello, สวัสดีครับ Tina...^_^ when you arrive in Bangkok, don't forget to try Thai food. Start with food that isn't too spicy, you can start with Pad Thai or Pad See-ew (black soy sauce. Then eat Tom Kha Kai. Stir-fried crab with curry powder, morning glory-Pak boong faidaeng, and finally, Tom Yum Namkhon and stir-fried basil, Thai omelet. P.S. Don't forget to go to 7-Eleven in Thailand as well. Have a nice Trip 🎉❤

I really liked it (and I say that about most places), but Bangkok exceeded my expectations, really! I'm honestly considering going back :D People are nice, the food is good, living costs are low and there's so much culture / history! And I saw a House of the Dragon Ad in a Metro, which is a huge plus for me ... haha!

Hey, danke fuers schauen! Ich fand es richtig toll in Bangkok! Es wird noch ein Video ueber die Hotels kommen! Ich denke es gibt auch IC Karten. Ich habe zumindest davon gelesen. Aber die Frau beim Ticket Counter meinte ich solle ein Ticket kaufen und hat mir keine IC Karte angeboten. Und da ich nur eine Woche da war, hab ich dann nicht weiter nachgefragt.

Use the phone to pay like the Thai my friend or you have to use rabbit line pay wallet to pay both BTS skytrain and MRT underground also some BRT lines or I heard that if you use the credit card you have to use the card that have “contact less” technology which you can see on your credit card. Actually most foreigne tourist likely to stay in particular cliché places where the local normally dont go apart from going there to work but lately some youtuber be able to find a proper place where local like to be, well if a place already receives enough local client they dont need to attract more foreigner to make it more complicated but you made the right choice of staying in Rajprasong, If I would pick a place to travel in my own city I would stay either tbere or the riverside near a BTS station. Rajprasong is a shopping district and interchange to 2 most important train lines its also one of important down town cluster not kind of backpack or shady red light district that most foreigner like to be then complain about their own decision. Bangkok just have a little bit of everything for everyone you like shady we got it you like modern we got it, one should make the right selection by their own.

For the Tuk Tuk it’s really funny that they also scam the Thai local people too if you deal with them that’s why no local Thai use them while there are plenty kinds of transportation here, it’s only for tourist my friend and they actually couldn’t go to all the areas in Bangkok up to the law that’s why there are only in the tourists areas. It’s so sad that “Tuk Tuk” is a Thai language but here in Bangkok we used another transportations and tuk tuk only for the tourist😢 Yes there are still some Thai teenagers still use them if they do not want to wait for another kind of transportations but you have to know the exactly price to deal with them because they have no meter like the normal taxi. Yes, you have to be a little expert before dealing with them😂

I commend you for wearing a helmet when riding a bike, even if it wasn't a very good one. But even with a helmet, be aware that Thailand has the highest rate of motorcycle accident in the world. Many motorbike taxi drivers are reckless young men, many motorbikes have broken tail lights, bald tires, and have their rear view mirrors removed! Crazy but true! Don't trade convenience for safety.
