They did a comparaison with a random fat and heavy powerlifter and his visceral fat was significantly lower. Their bellies aren't as soft and falling as real obeses but "filled" as if it was about to explode

How much does Brian actually pull on table? And his traininguys who are they? Because i think its best to first understand how to pull and understand the angles before going into awspecifik movements due to high risk of doing those wrong because you dont understand angles/vectors/lanes you actually need to train and target. This isnt eguipment sport afterall...

He needs to climb his way up slowly or else he might suffer an injury or might get demotivated if lost prematurely to someone he isn't supposed to lose. I hate how everyone wants him to just go against elite armwrestlers when he is still starting his armwrestling journey, let him develop slowly, stop putting John Brzenk as a possible match, I'd hate to see this match honestly. Give him someone that he can beat, someone less stronger and less technical than him.

Brian is in his mid 40s. He should had been arm wrestling 10 years ago. Devon keeps saying 3 years well by the time he gets experience and learns how to NOT break his own arm he will be almost 50.. I dont see him making any impact at all I think the best first match to see what hes made of is simple Brian Shaw Vs The Wild Horse Matt Mask. They are close in height Matt is about 6ft6 and Brian is 6ft6 hes NOT 6Ft8 thats BS why he lies about his height I dont know Thor is a legit 6ft8 not Brian. Remember what Levan said " Brian will lose his first match and quit so make his first match with me" Levan Saginashvili and I get Levans Point because I think Brians delusional thinking that his strongman training is all he needs to be a top Arm Wrestler no not even close his tendons will stretch and snap and that career will be over . He has to work on specific areas for a long time. Right now I think Ryan Bowen would easily beat Brian but thats not the match we want to see I say Bring Matt Mask down from Canada and I think Matt will crush him with ease.
