Coach Ray is one of the most knowledgeable armwrestling trainers, no doubt. But I think for a guy as new as Brian is, his trainers are mainly just getting him to start doing things. Like if someone was new to working out, you just tell them to get under some weight with safe technique and lift it without worrying about being perfect yet. I think they're also a bit intimidated by him - it's hard to tell him he "should" be doing something else when he just threw you across the room. At some point Brian will find this invaluable.
