You CAN NOT judge a man’s hairline buy using images from TV shows and movies period. Even people with decent hair often wear hair systems in films so their changing hair lines are not accurate. There are images of Stallone getting a system put on over his hair while filming one of the creed movies. I agree that Stallone had scalp reduction but I also think he wears a system and remember seeing a photo of him on a talk show wear you could see lace but I could be wrong. A prime example of what I’m saying is in an episode of This is Us that Stallone is in. In the scene they are filming a movie and off set he has his normal hairline but on set it looks entirely different and not good IMO and this all takes place in the episode. Check it out it’s definitely confusing and interesting. Stallone’s hairline also often looks like a UTS hair system which are easy to spot if you know what you’re looking for and it’s not so much an edge but the way the hair comes out of the scalp or system.

@@axelstone3131 He has gotten multiple hair transplants and if you read what I'm saying, I'm talking about during films and TV. I work in TV and even people with great heads of hair often use hair fibers before filming because of the lights and closeups and vanity just to look extra full. People who dont want to deal with lots of hours in the hair and makeup chair will wear wigs while filming because its just easier, the hair is always the same and it often looks better. This applies to women too, maybe even more for women. You would be surprised how many women in movies that you would never even think about it are wearing wigs and they do this for convenience... Hair Transplants are not cure alls though and most people who are bald or have significant hair loss cannot get back a full head of hair no matter how much money they have. Stallone I'm sure has used all his available grafts at this point and has even had what looks like a 'forehead reduction", but overall his hair looks great for his age. A lot of actors are not so lucky and you can often notice the ones by how they style their hair; all the frontal transplanted hair is grown long and combed slicked back covering most their heads and then they fill in the mid and crown area with hair fibers, I call it the "transplant combover" and if you were to mess their hair up you would see how not full their hair is and they have money, thats just as much as they can "fix the problem". Transplants have improved quite a bit over the recent years but you are still limited by grafts and if you have lost a lot of hair you just cant get a full head of hair, especially if you dont want to or cant take DHT blockers which a lot of guys wont or cant.

@@sammmuelspaul1946 I see what you’re saying, well, I have to say in my opinion, whatever is going on, I think Stallone’s hair looks pretty great most of the time. There was a photo where I could tell something was off but in Get Carter, and many other films, I would say it looks great. He is more than likely on testosterone and maybe a few other things to counter age related decline, which is the smart thing to do, but nothing that is excessively high in dosage (in my opinion) and he clearly well monitored by a doctor. I would probably do the same in his position. Some people look very strange with no hair, and as common as being bold is this days, it doesn’t exactly scream “health” and its definitely not something I think of what I think of a fit and healthy guy no matter his age. Guys shouldn’t be going bold at the rate they are these days, and it it’s become very prevalent over the years. I think unfortunately for sly even thought he has great genetics for bodybuilding/fitness/health he was probably always going to has hair loss issues. But luckily for him having the money he’s been able to reduce a lot of this problems. There will be a point where hair loss isn’t a problem anymore. I know you can take finasteride and minoxidil to help with it but again I believe they are dht blockers and well and can screw you up. I think it won’t be long until the issues is a non issues anymore.

@@axelstone3131 I agree that hair is 100 percent a sign of health and youthfulness and yea plenty of people can pull off the dome look but anyone being completely honest would prefer to have a full head of hair. The two things that need to happen to happen to cure baldness at this point are hair cloning and gene manipulation technology like Crispr. With Crispr you will eventually be able to "turn off" the balding gene which would cure it for people who still have hair and Crispr plus hair cloning would cure it for people who have gone completely bald... Hair cloning has been "5 years away" for 25 years now and they don't seem to be any closer, but Crispr and gene tech seems to be making serious progress, especially in China... It will be extremely expensive though.

Maybe. Maybe not. Consider his age. He was 36 when propecia hit the market. His hair was still great then. It’s possible that he was destined to lose hair very, very, very slowly and the propecia (which he’s surely on now) only slowed it down even more. Consider Alec Baldwin. He has great hair. And you might think it’s all drugs and surgery, but propecia didn’t come out until he was 39. Chances are he’s just genetically blessed, since many men are already significantly balding by that age.

My grandfather had thick black hair till the day he died in his 70s. So... maybe he secretly died his hair? I don't think so, nowhere to hide it, plus, when he got incapable of taking care of himself later on, no grey hair crept in at the roots. He had a bare-bones cupboard in the bathroom, still shaved the same way he did as in the early 1900s with a razor and using a horsehair brush to mix his lather etc. Just wish I had his hair passed down in the genes to me.
