I think the reason is that he has bigger stats than almost all 6-cost cards with effects,as base. Doom ,Galactus,have 5 power for example. The only cards I remember having BASE power being equal or bigger is Hulk ,Skaar and Orcus So the idea is probably to high roll for a crazy effect

I honestly think the best thing that could happen for him is a power reduction but then a cost reduction to 5. Where he becomes a 5 Cost card that has the text of a 6 cost one. It'd make him a lot more useful to get a "6 Cost" out a turn early.

Hulkling seems fun and I saved up 4 keys for Hulkling because I really don't care for Speed or Wiccan and I like random cards. I got games where I got Infinaut or even ANOTHER Hulkling since he's a 6 cost, but I had others where he became Ultron and could fill other lanes while still having 11 base power. Almost seems like a better Valentina where it can backfire or be good and you don't have to use him if you don't want to.

Hulkling should be like a roulette where each turn it changes what he copies and you can lock it with some kind of new function so if you got him on last turn he is the same but if you get him early you see many different 6 drops of keywords and you can decide when to choose it

Why is Living Tribunal in the F tier for 6 costs? Having an 11 power Tribunal (more than normal) to spread power across multiple lanes seems good to me🤔

Same reason you don't put Tribunal in any other deck besides the one built around him. Most decks are built to win two lanes, and a random tribunal at 11-power spreading the power across all three lanes will likely lose you the game.

You don't want a random Tribunal. Tribunal works in Tribunal decks because you play in a specific way with cards that support your playstyle.

Use Tribunal in any deck other than the specific deck he's in and you will see why. Anyone who has played Tribunal knows why he's not used in any deck other than the one he's in. Dividing power to 3 lanes is done with specific deck building. Not just with any random deck. 11 divided by 3 is less than 4. Now do that for the rest of the cards you're playing. Divide their power by 3. Pretty much all the Tribunal decks run Magik, Mystique, Iron Man, and Sera. And for sure all the good ones run those cards. Even Hela tribunal is kinda ass. And those decks are designed to torch the highest base stat power cards and revive them. Lol.

I said this on Alex's video too, but I think you and Alex approached the hulkling effect tier list on the snap chat from the wrong angle. "What's a good card for hulkling to copy" doesn't really tell the story, what gives a much more realistic and grim picture of the card would be "what cards are MEANINGFULLY improved by hulkling, and which of these cards are still good if your deck is not built to capitalize on them". Under those conditions there are arguably 4 good rolls at best.

I think you're grossly underrating copying Heimdall, here as a potential draw. Heimdall's biggest advantage is that he's very, very hard to predict. (He's in a weird space where his standard deck isn't his best) A Heimdall with two more power is even better. It's high-risk, high-reward if Hulkling gets him. You'll know if it'll destroy your game. You can sometimes play around it anyhow (by making your moves either inconsequential or filling lanes to make them impossible). However, when it works, it will really, really work, and there'll be very little your opponent can do for counterplay.
