I was in Prague all of last week and walked up to this spot. I was actually pretty impressed how well they did it, it looks exactly like this! Was cold and damp, but there was one kid skating!

I personally have always enjoyed the map especially being a console player the new clothing items are a big W except them not putting socks with the cuffed jeans. And the edit was damn near majestic bro🐐🔥

i realy like this map i dont know why but it feels so cool to cruise around and just skate, when i play this map i dont mind if the line is great or not i am just skating around and see what happen.

I was excited for it coming out, then when I got in, I felt unimpressed. Similarly to your, I thought there was a lot of empty space. But as I skated it and started filming, I fell in love! So many cool spots and improv lines!

I had the opposite reaction when I played this map for the first time. I was thinking what was Pigeon talking about this is a blast. I’m really glad I picked this up. My style is slower and a bit techy lot of manuals and I can find so many things to just vibe with here! Can you hit a board slide to tail slide on that pole to bench? Would be super sick!

IMO the school yard is over rated , people love it because of all the real life spots , but the scale of the map is very narrow and cramped I don’t think it flows well… I’d say the best for me would be the mall or Prague, but tbh some modded maps are better than all DLC like capital city or the downtowns

Bruh HOW, you can’t be on console😂. Skating very in session is so fucking trash. I will give a caveat, I haven’t quite figured it out yet. But it still feels like even if I did it would be mad derpy.

The problem with this dlc was never the map. The map is really good. The problem was all the paid customization they coupled with it while simultaneously uninstalling the community. P.S. Donovan Strain shouldn’t be their community manager any longer.

the map just kinda feels like a bunch of ledges and stuff and not much detail or thought to it. im not sure if it a real spot, but it feels like it could be a random modders first attempt at map. you can have some fun with it, but the real life street spots and landmarks of the basegame maps make it feel that much more special and interesting to me.

Look up some photos of Stalin Plaza, the map is a pretty spot on recreation, the real place is a lot of open space with DIY obstacles built by local skaters.

@@itspigeonthief thats good to know. i figured it might be a real spot or at least inspired, since thats what they tend to do. i feel like i shouldve probably known the exact spot since it seems a famous one. still stand by the opinion it would be cool if it explored a bit outside just one plaza too. im sure you could put together a really cool city section inspired by real prague too. kinda like if this and paris were one bigger map it would be one really good one. but yeah dont wanna be too picky either i guess.

More bs that glitches and doesnt add anything to the game. The people that keep paying for DLC and cosmetics are killing this game. Make the devs work on major problems instead of giving them money every time they ask. Why havent we had any new challenges added or any new mechanics actually worked out? If you love the map now, you would’ve loved the map then, but must’ve been influenced. The discord drama perhaps? I thought I explained why my opinions on the map changed pretty well in the video, including mentioning how I was probably influenced by the “Discord drama” that was happening around the time of my initial review. I know you aren’t picking on me and I’m not being hostile or anything back just responding, but I’m not sure what other creators you are referring to when you say that we are all saying the same things? I’ve personally not seen any videos on this map recently from the other creators I follow.

@@itspigeonthief True yeah, you did. But yeah I guess my point is like that feels a bit internet echo chambery. Letting all the comments get in your head and saying the same thing as everyone. Kiiba I know came around to the DLC after being upset. And I’ve seen Teku flat loving the map and doing creative things with Prague. You’re right about its niche, and the amount of content available can pigeonhole the creators ;) but there’s always an original take or angle to have. And your audience follows your lead no matter what. Placating the insatiable commenters always just feels gross. And now everyone’s forgotten about that whole thing and we can enjoy the game. Guess I’m saying, it’s nice when a leader can see past the comments from the beginning.
