Probably the best DLC map yet but couldn't care less.. It's just another paid DLC with next to 0 gameplay improvements, not even surprised anymore.. I feel completely disconnected from crea-ture now that they announced to push through with the UE5 update rather than fixing the damn game first. There's bugs in there for more than 4 years now, let that sink in. 4 years is almost half a decade. Let's ignore the long standing bugs: Do you remember all the things promised back then? All NYC maps united? Multiplayer not for 1.0 but at a later date? UE5? OK, that one was on the table as well actually, but for real everybody thought they'd at least iron out the most annoying bugs, implement "1st pass" features like vert, premos and late flips, mirror regular so goofies don't ride switch all the time etc etc. But no, UE5 is where the money's at.. I wonder what will happen to all the modded maps like Hollywood High etc once the game is ported, shamed be they who think evil of it.^^

My wife got a six piece chicken nugget meal from McDonald's yesterday and it was over nine dollars. That's ludicrous. Not only is this map worth eight dollars, it's one of the best maps ever made for a skate game, in my opinion.

That's cool they hooked you up🎉. Push animation was touched, foot no longer clips through edge of board when taking back foot off. But goofy has an issue where it starts rolling before the push animation begins. Glad we know things are getting worked on now and things should slowly get better❤

Goofy has more than one issue, it never received any love at all because "we fix regular first and then can mirror everything properly". Rather than a fix we get UE5, hell yea hype hype (not really).

Ive already set up ramps to do noseslides on top of lockers. I keep wanting to play this map even though not long ago I focused on finishing the campaign again. Wish this spot had historicals. Only thing im sad about

I really hope they do something with the camera when you are in a grind and it curves. The camera doesnt turn with the skater so you cant see where the landing is :(

My opinion absolutely also, I've been away from video games since 2015. My last game was skater 3 this blows it away my personal opinion. I've also been skateboarding for 38 years. Obviously it could use a little work here and there but as a skater I think it's amazing. The skate franchise started focusing too much on downhill racing and hall of meat. They went away from the realistic skateboarding theme.

Went back to American Wasteland with the messenger bag, nice. Excellent map, and new objects added too. Still trying to use the new roll-in ramp to skate the Triangle seen at 6:57. Already love skating the one on the Skater XL South Florida map. Seen so much positivity over the map I'm very curious as to what could be next for a map, and of course whatever gameplay updates.

Really good map, still wish we had some skaters/pedestrians to add life to it but the best DLC so far mapwise. Missed opportunity to add more historic challenges though... So many legendary spots and no historics feels a bit lazy.

Why dont they give console players the option to wear socks with shorts for your created player or give them more of a variety of hairstyles other then then the same two and what about more clothes and more music to the soundtrack 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ those little things would make the game feel a little more refreshing for console players

Love your content man but how do you lock into grinds so smoothly? Every grind you lock in perfectly. Mine slide off constantly or just don't lock in. You make it look so easy

Just don’t have your grind alignment too low. The feature is kinda broken and if it’s too low you’ll just unrealistically slide out of everything despite how locked in you should be. Keep it somewhere in the middle, high enough to keep locked in but low enough to still slip out for that extra challenge!

There kinda is, I believe there is an easy setting with auto catch, lower gravity and some other settings enabled. Just spend some time in the settings to make the game easier for you, it’ll be worth it!
