The vibes were great, felt very familiar while feeling new which is exactly what it needed to do. Negan and Maggie’s dichotomy is great, especially the scenes on the raft that you mentioned. The city atmosphere was alright, you could see the CGI walkers in a few scenes which is odd, i don’t think they’ve ever done individual walkers in cgi before lol. The scene with the roaches in the trash was horrific 😂 If i had to guess, whatever happened with the girls dad is connected with what happened to annie? Possibly the dad killed annie, negan retaliated? The way he described what happened comes across as he knows a bit more than what he told maggie. Appreciate the upload man, been loving the content lately! Sorry for such a long comment haha

Oh now that is a good theory! I like that one. I was thinking either Annie and their child died or that they left Negan Their was an interview with Jeffrey Dean Morgan who said Negan sort of returned back to some of his old ways in the years between Season 11 and Dead City because they had been outside of the community I was thinking if that's true then maybe Annie left, though she knew of his past it'd be one thing hearing about it but a whole other thing to see him do it, maybe she left after witnessing him do something terrible I do believe it's more likely that they sadly passed though

The woman in the Bar (Michelle Hurd) is married to Garrett Dillahunt who plays John Dorie in Fear. Just thought that was cool. Also hope we see a lot more variant walkers. They were really interesting and made the walkers more of a threat.

I also like the fact we'll get to explore the aftermath of the Saviours disbanding more. They touched on it in Season 9 by showing the tension between the ex-Saviours and the rest of the communities so it'll be interesting to see how the Croat was affected directly by them disbanding. Has the potential to be interesting because considering how big they were and the nature of the group their was no way that people in the group weren't affected by what they did and also by them losing the war. Not everyone could fall into line and that's the aspect I like is when shows explore the aftermath of such things

I watched the walking dead christmas time for the first time, i had previously thought the walking dead looked bad and boring so I never watched it. Anyway after binging the show christmas time, i loved it. I was excited to see the spin-offs because I was and still am a new fan of the walking dead, I understand why many people thought the spin off show was going to be bad but I was still excited for it and had hope (which is easy for someone who just started watching the walking dead content). Anyway my point is, I'm glad other people are starting to see the potential in the spin-off shows and are beginning to become more open and excited for them.

Its so strange seeing hershel junior for the first time and i already feel connected to this character like i scream, "dont u dare to hurt hershel!!" 😂 Thats how great the impact of glenn's character because hershel look like glenn.

Watching the first episode of dead city was like watching one of the episodes from season 1 of the walking dead, which is a very good thing in my opinion cause season 1 is definitely one of the best seasons of twd.

This is my favourite spinoff from the main series! It's creepy, I love the setting and not to mention, it keeps side characters at a MINIMUM! There's just too many of them in the other shows that it gets in the way of proper development for the main stars.

I think this show is overhated. Yes, everyone is sick of Negan and Maggie together. We get it. It’s still pretty good though, it’s on the quality level of about Fear season 1 imo

The original Walking Dead will never be outdone in Atlanta. It was EPIC. I personally won’t be watching the spin offs. Especially in New York.
