depends. like with time you would know what texture your hair gets after shampoo and conditioner. I use the aloe + shampoo + conditioner routine almost every 2-3 days. Thanks for pointing this out though. I should have clarified this properly in the video.

The first time I've experimented with it, I did just like Prachi, a regular wash plus beer. Two weeks later I had to do it without conditioner because I had run out of it, so I didn't know what to expect (my hair is very crispy and the slightest change in my usual washing routine usually brings disastrous effects afterwards). Well, I couldn't have been happier with the result, that was one of the best in my whole life. Conditioner does little compared to beer (to obtain a similar effect, I have to use half a bottle and rinse with COLD water. Aww!)

Beer is processed barley water. So it is good for hair. Rice fermented water is also good for hair. It is cheaper. But the results are the same without any side effects....

Wow shampoo is a sham! Tried and not trusted. Forget about the paraben free and blah blah characteristics, very normal shampoos like clinic plus or sunsilk are much better in atleast cleaning the hair at a basic level.

Thank u so much..I tried this method and believe me my hair's have become more soft ,shilky,shinny and strong. After applying beer I don't apply any conditioner because this beer itself works for me like a conditioner. Weekly twice I use beer on my scalp while doing hair wash.

Perfect I can afford it... And if you pour it in a spray bottle and spray it in your hai instead of pouring from a container ... I guess you can use a single bottle twice ... I meant, spraying it doesn't work. It is best to pour the beer in something like an empty and already-rinsed shampoo bottle or other suitable cosmetic container. Just make sure it has a narrow opening. This has the advantage of precise application on the hair and (if there's too much) easy storing in the fridge.
